Tiverton and Minehead is a proposed constituency of the House of Commons in the UK Parliament. [1] Further to the completion of the 2023 Periodic Review of Westminster constituencies, it will first be contested at the next general election. [2]

The constituency, which crosses the boundary between the counties of Devon and Somerset, will be composed of the following (as they existed on 1 December 2020):

With effect from 1 April 2023, the District of Somerset West and Taunton was abolished and absorbed into the new unitary authority of Somerset. [5] In addition, a local government boundary review was carried out in Mid Devon which came into effect in May 2023. [6] [7] The constituency will therefore now comprise the following from the next general election:

Brushford is a village and civil parish 2 miles (3.2 km) south of Dulverton and 12 miles (19 km) north of Tiverton in Devon, in the Somerset West and Taunton district of Somerset, England. It covers an area of 1,149 hectares (11 km2) of which 3 hectares (0.030 km2) is within the Exmoor National Park.
