Vale is the fifth studio album by American rock band Black Veil Brides, released on January 12, 2018, through Lava Records/Republic Records. It is a prequel to their previous concept album Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wild Ones . It is their final album to feature bassist Ashley Purdy before his split with the band in November 2019 as well as their final album to be released through Lava and Republic Records.

It is a greatest hits collection of singles in its original vinyl format and is the best-selling reggae album of all-time, with more than 12 million copies sold in the US, more than 3.3 million in the UK and an estimated 25 million copies sold globally. It is a rock opera concept album that was released through Lava Records/Universal Republic Records on January 8, 2013. Pre-orders for the album became available to download from iTunes on Halloween, October 31. The track "In the End" is the album's lead single, and was offered as an instant download to everyone who pre-ordered the album from iTunes after October 31. "In the End" was featured as one of the theme songs for WWE's Hell in a Cell and was also featured as a song on the soundtrack for EA Sports' NHL 14 video game.
Black Veil Brides, also known as Black Veil Brides IV, is the fourth studio album by American rock band Black Veil Brides. It was released through Lava Records/Republic Records on October 27, 2014. The first track on the album, "Heart of Fire", was aired on BBC Radio 1's Rock Show in September, then "Faithless" was uploaded onto YouTube on September 10. Also, as of September 16, 2014, the album was released on iTunes for pre-order. Clips of the songs "Devil in the Mirror" and "Goodbye Agony" were posted on YouTube on the 18th and 19th, as well as "Goodbye Agony" airing on BBC Radio 1's Rock Show on the same day of its uploading.
