DJs
At the beginning of the fall and spring semesters, Rebel Radio hosts auditions for new DJs. To become a DJ, students are required to be enrolled in at least 3 credit hours at the university and have a GPA of at least 2.0.
If accepted, DJs are assigned a weekly time slot where they, and any co-hosts, can come to the studio located in Bishop Hall and perform their show. In the studio, they have the ability to play their own music or music from Rebel Radio's catalog. Each semester, there are usually 40-50 DJs that have shows on Rebel Radio.
DJs do not get paid to host their shows, they are only volunteers. The station can be used as a résumé builder for students, giving them experience for future jobs.
WHRW is Binghamton University's non-profit, student-run, free-format radio station. The station is licensed and owned by Binghamton University, serving the New York college area. WHRW has operational facilities in Glenn G. Bartle Library Tower and in SUNY Binghamton Student Union.
KXUA is a student-run college radio station broadcasting an eclectic radio format. Licensed to Fayetteville, Arkansas, it serves the university campus and surrounding community. The university also owns the more powerful 91.3 KUAF, which broadcasts news, information and classical music as an NPR member station.

The station's call sign, which is often abbreviated to XPN, stands for "Experimental Pennsylvania Network". The broadcast tower used by WXPN is located at, in the antenna farm complex in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia.

WHBQ – branded Sports 56 WHBQ – is a commercial sports AM radio station licensed to serve Memphis, Tennessee. Owned by Flinn Broadcasting, the station covers the Memphis metropolitan area, and is the local affiliate for Fox Sports Radio, the Memphis Redbirds, and Ole Miss Rebels football and basketball. The WHBQ studios and transmitter are located in the city of Memphis. Besides a standard analog transmission, WHBQ is available online. The station is also simulcast over translator W253DF at 98.5 FM.
WVCR-FM(88.3 The Saint) is a variety hits radio station located in Loudonville, New York, owned by Siena College, and primarily staffed by students from the college. The station broadcasts on 88.3 MHz at an effective radiated power of 2,800 watts from the Heldeberg Mountains in the Town of New Scotland. In addition to simulcast programming at www.wvcr.com, WVCR is perhaps the only non-commercial licensee to emulate the variety hits format made popular by the Jack FM approach in the Capital Region. The format is very popular in the region with a very diverse selection from classic 1960s hits to current hits of today—something of a 2,800 Watt iPod for Baby Boomers.
