Westmob, is a primarily African-American street gang located in San Francisco, California. Since 1999, they have been in conflict against the Big Block gang which is its major rival in the area. Westmob is known to associate with the Oakdale Mob and Sunnydale Gangsters. Its rivalry with Big Block was the subject of the 2002 documentary Straight Outta Hunters Point [1] and is linked to rap and drugs. They claim territory from West Point to Middle Point in San Francisco's notoriously dangerous Hunters Point projects. [2]
The gang made headlines around the nation when one of its members, David Hill, was arrested for murdering a police officer in April 2004. [3]

Bayview–Hunters Point is the San Francisco, California, neighborhood combining the Bayview and Hunters Point neighborhoods in the southeastern corner of the city. The decommissioned Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is located within its boundaries and Candlestick Park, which was demolished in 2015, was on the southern edge. McGhee is also suspected of at least ten attempted murders, four of which led to convictions. In 2018, the Los Angeles Times named McGhee one of the top 20 most notorious killers in the history of California, a list that included the likes of Charles Manson, the Golden State Killer, and the Night Stalker.
