The legislative districts of Zambales are the representations of the province of Zambales and the highly urbanized city of Olongapo in the various national legislatures of the Philippines. The province and the city are currently represented in the lower house of the Congress of the Philippines through their first and second congressional districts.
Batangas's 1st congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Batangas. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the western Batangas municipalities of Balayan, Calatagan, Lemery, Lian, Nasugbu, Taal and Tuy and the component city of Calaca. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Eric Buhain of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
Pampanga's 2nd congressional district is one of the four congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Pampanga. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the western Pampanga municipalities of Floridablanca, Guagua, Lubao, Porac, Santa Rita and Sasmuan. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo of the Lakas–CMD (Lakas).
Bulacan's 2nd congressional district is one of the seven congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Bulacan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the city of Baliwag and the municipalities of Bustos and Plaridel. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Tina Pancho of the National Unity Party (NUP).

The district consists of Quezon's capital city of Lucena and adjacent municipalities of Candelaria, Dolores, San Antonio, Sariaya and Tiaong. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by David C. Suarez of Lakas–CMD.

The district consists of the northern Batangas cities of Santo Tomas and Tanauan, as well as adjacent municipalities surrounding the Taal Lake: Agoncillo, Alitagtag, Balete, Cuenca, Laurel, Malvar, Mataasnakahoy, San Nicolas, Santa Teresita and Talisay, a configuration that has been in place since 1987. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Ma. Theresa V. Collantes of the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC).
Quezon City's 3rd congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in Quezon City. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of the southeastern barangays bordering Marikina and Pasig to the southeast, Kamias Road and the second district to the north, the fourth district to the west and San Juan to the southwest via EDSA. It contains the commercial areas of Cubao, Libis, Bagumbayan, Ugong Norte and the residential areas of Loyola Heights, Quirino, Old Balara and Blue Ridge. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Franz Pumaren of the National Unity Party (NUP).
Quezon City's 4th congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in Quezon City. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of the south central barangays bordering Manila and San Juan. It includes the Diliman and New Manila areas Quezon Avenue borders it to the north and EDSA to the east. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Marvin Rillo of the Lakas-CMD.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of the eastern Batangas municipalities of Ibaan, Padre Garcia, Rosario, San Jose, San Juan, and Taysan. The city of Lipa was also part of this district until it was granted its own representation as the sixth district effective 2016. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Lianda B. Bolilia of the Nacionalista Party (NP).

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of the city of San Pablo and adjacent municipalities of Alaminos, Calauan, Liliw, Nagcarlan, Rizal and Victoria bordering Batangas and Quezon also facing the province of Rizal. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Loreto S. Amante of the Lakas–CMD.

The district consists of the provincial capital city of San Fernando and adjacent municipalities of Arayat, Bacolor, Mexico and Santa Ana. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Aurelio Gonzales Jr. of the Lakas–CMD (Lakas).

Isabela's 1st congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Isabela. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of the capital city of Ilagan and the northern municipalities of Cabagan, Delfin Albano, Divilacan, Maconacon, San Pablo, Santa Maria, Santo Tomas and Tumauini. The municipality of Palanan was part of this district until it was redistricted to the 2nd district, effective in 2019. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Antonio T. Albano of the Lakas–CMD.
Camarines Sur's 4th congressional district is one of the five congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Camarines Sur. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of municipalities in the Partido region of eastern Camarines Sur, namely Caramoan, Garchitorena, Goa, Lagonoy, Presentacion, Sagñay, San Jose, Siruma, Tigaon and Tinambac. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Arnulf Bryan Fuentebella of the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC).
Masbate's 1st congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Masbate. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of six municipalities in the Burias and Ticao islands of northern Masbate, namely: Claveria and San Pascual in Burias island and Batuan, Monreal, San Fernando and San Jacinto in Ticao island. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Richard Kho of the Lakas–CMD.
Zamboanga del Sur's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Zamboanga del Sur. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district encompasses the southern half of the province consisting of the municipalities of Bayog, Dimataling, Dinas, Dumalinao, Guipos, Kumalarang, Lakewood, Lapuyan, Margosatubig, Pitogo, San Miguel, San Pablo, Tabina, Tigbao and Vincenzo A. Sagun. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Leonardo Babasa Jr. of the PDP–Laban.
