Konstantinos "Kostis" Stephanopoulos was a Greek conservative politician who served two consecutive terms as the president of Greece from 1995 to 2005.
The Democratic Rally is a Christian democratic and liberal-conservative political party in Cyprus led by Annita Demetriou. The party was founded on 4 July 1976 by veteran politician Glafcos Clerides. Two leaders of the party have served as presidents of Cyprus, Clerides from 1993 until 2003 and Nicos Anastasiades from 2013 to 2023.
Nicos Nicolaides is a Greek Cypriot politician. He served as the Mayor of Limassol from December 2016 to July 2024. From May 2011 to December 2016, he was a Member of Parliament in the House of Representatives of Cyprus, representing the Limassol constituency under the banner of social democratic party EDEK.
Local elections were held in Greece on 18 May 2014 and 25 May 2014. Voters elected representatives to the country's local authorities, comprising 13 regions and 325 municipalities.
Indirect presidential elections were held in Greece in December 2014 and February 2015 for the succession to Karolos Papoulias as President of the Hellenic Republic. The candidate of the ND–PASOK government, Stavros Dimas, failed to secure the required majority of MPs of the Hellenic Parliament in the first three rounds of voting in December. According to the provisions of the Constitution of Greece, a snap election was held on 25 January 2015, which was won by the left-wing Syriza party. Following the convening of the new Parliament, the presidential election resumed. On 18 February 2015, veteran ND politician Prokopis Pavlopoulos, backed by the Syriza-ANEL coalition government, was elected with 233 votes.

Snap parliamentary elections were held in Greece on 21 May 2023. All 300 seats in the Hellenic Parliament were contested. They were the first elections since 1990 not to be held under a bonus seats system, due to amendments to the electoral law made in 2016. Instead, a purely proportional system was used.
Presidential elections were held in Cyprus on 5 February 2023. No candidate received a majority of the vote in the first round, so a runoff was held on 12 February. Incumbent president Nicos Anastasiades of the Democratic Rally (DISY), who won the presidential elections in 2013 and 2018, was ineligible to run due to the two-term limit mandated by the Constitution of Cyprus.
The next Cypriot legislative elections are expected to be held in May 2026, to elect 56 of the 80 members of the House of Representatives. The elections could be held earlier if parliament is dissolved before it reaches the end of its five-year term.
The 2008 Leadership election of Synaspismos took place on 10 February 2008, during its 5th Congress. The two candidates were: Alexis Tsipras and Fotis Kouvelis. Tsipras won with 840 votes, while Kouvelis earned 342 votes, while 14 members voted blank or invalid.
The 2004 PASOK leadership election took place on 8 February 2004. Only one candidate stood for the presidency, George Papandreou, who received 99,70% of the vote. 1,020,145 members and friends of the Party participated in the elections, a record still unbroken for internal party elections in Greece.
A leadership election was held on 24 November 2024. The winner was Sokratis Famellos, an MP of Syriza and former leader of the parliamentary group. In second place, with a small gap to the winner, was the MP from Chania, Pavlos Polakis, who said that he did not want a second round. These elections — the most tumultuous in Syriza's history — were marked by the decision of the party's supreme bodies to reject the possibility of former Syriza president Stefanos Kasselakis running, a decision that caused fierce disputes among the party's executives and grassroots members.
About 70,000 voters who were already registered members of the party voted, a figure that SYRIZA officials described as a success under the circumstances.
The 2016 Limassol Municipal election was a municipal election that took place in Limassol on December 16, 2016, alongside other local elections. Independent candidate Nicos Nicolaides narrowly won the mayorship, securing 48.30% of the vote, defeating two-term incumbent Andreas Christou, who garnered 48.27%. Nicolaides won by a margin of just 9 votes.
Presidential elections will be held in Cyprus in 2028. Should no candidate receive a majority of the vote in the first round, a runoff will be held. The elections may be held earlier under exceptional circumstances, such as the resignation or death of the incumbent president Nikos Christoudoulides. Christodoulides, being in office since 2023, is eligible to run for a second term.

The 2023 Athens Municipal elections were held on 8 October 2023 to elect the mayor of Athens as a part of the 2023 Greek Local elections. It concluded to a second round run-off that took place on 15 October of the same year, between Incumbent Kostas Bakoyannis backed by ND and Haris Doukas backed by PASOK and Syriza.
