The 2009 European Junior Badminton Championships were held in Federal Technical Centre - Palabadminton, Milan, Italy, between April 3 and April 15, 2009. [1] [2]

Marc Zwiebler German badminton player

Marc Zwiebler is a badminton player from Germany. His highest ranking is 10 in the world. He is a seven-time German national champion in men's singles. He won gold at the 2012 European Championships in Karlskrona over Henri Hurskainen 21–15, 21–13. 2010 he won bronze behind Peter Gade and Jan Ø. Jørgensen. Christopher Thomas Adcock is a retired English badminton player. Adcock is currently sponsored by Yonex and YC Sports and plays for the University of Nottingham-based NBL team. He entered the National team in 2006, and later won the boys' doubles and mixed team titles at the 2007 European Junior Championships. He was a World Championships medalists winning a silver in 2011 with Imogen Bankier and a bronze in 2017 with Gabby Adcock. Together with Gabby, he also won a silver medal at the 2007 World Junior Championships, and then claimed the gold medals at the Commonwealth Games in 2014 and 2018; and at the European Championships in 2017 and 2018.

Samuel Magee is a retired Irish badminton player. He won the 2009 European Junior Championships in the boys' doubles event at Milan, Italy with his partner Sylvain Grosjean of France. Sam Magee was a bronze medalists at the European Games in the mixed doubles event with his sister Chloe Magee in 2015 Baku and 2019 Minsk, also in the men's doubles with his brother Joshua Magee in 2015.

Alexander Dunn is a Scottish badminton player. Born in Bellshill, Dunn started playing badminton at aged seven, and joined the national team in 2009. He won a bronze medal at the 2015 European Junior Championships in the boys' doubles event with his partner Adam Hall, also the silver medal in the mixed doubles event with Eleanor O'Donnell in 2017. He competed at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast.

Sandra-Maria Jensen is a Danish badminton player. Born in Bulgaria, Jensen and her family moved to Denmark when she was four. At the age of fifteen, she was selected to join the national U-19 team to compete at the 2009 World Junior Championships as the younger player in the squad. She won the bronze medal at the 2010 World Junior Championships in the girls' doubles event partnered with Line Kjærsfeldt, and at the European Junior Championships, she helped the team win a bronze in 2011 and a gold in 2013, also settled a bronze medal in the girls' doubles event in 2011. Jensen joined the national elite squad that won the European Women's Team Championships in 2014 and the European Mixed Team Championships in 2015.

Kasper Faust Henriksen is a Danish male badminton player. In 2005, he won gold medal at the European Junior Badminton Championships in boys' doubles event with his partner Rasmus Bonde. In 2010, he won the bronze medal at the European Badminton Championships in men's doubles event with his partner Anders Kristiansen.

The 2017 European Junior Badminton Championships were held at the Centre Sportif Regional d'Alsace in Mulhouse, France, between 7 April - 16 April 2017.

Chen Tang Jie is a Malaysian badminton player. He was part of the Malaysian 2016 Asian Junior Championships and 2016 BWF World Junior Championships team, and has help Malaysia to clinched a silver medal in the World Junior mixed team before defeated by China.
