He won the 2010 World Junior Championships, beating South Korea's Kang Ji-wook in the final to become the first ever European player to hold the title. Axelsen was crowned European men's singles champion in 2016 and 2018.

Kento Momota is a Japanese badminton player. He is known to have a skillful and relentless play style on court. He has won several major badminton tournaments including two World Championships titles, two Asian Championships titles, and one All England title. Momota entered into Guinness Book of World Records for "The most badminton men's singles titles in a season", for his achievements by winning 11 titles in the 2019 season.

Kim Astrup Sørensen is a Danish badminton player. As junior player, he won the bronze medal at the 2010 World Junior Championships in the boys' doubles. He later won a gold in the mixed doubles and bronze medals in the boys' doubles and team events at the 2011 European Junior Championships. He joined the Denmark winning team at the 2016 Thomas Cup in Kunshan, China, where he and his teammates beating Indonesia 3–2 in the final. Astrup emerge victorious in the men's doubles at the 2018 European Championships.

Isabel Lohau is a German badminton player, specializing in doubles play. She started playing badminton at her hometown Hersbruck in 2001, and in 2010 she joined the Germany national badminton team. In 2017, she became the runner-up at the Estonian International partnered with Delphine Delrue. She competed at the 2018 Mediterranean Games, clinched the women's doubles gold with Delrue.

Luise Heim is a German badminton player who affiliate with 1. BC Beuel. She competed at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics in Nanjing, China. Heim was the bronze medalists at the 2015 European Junior Championships in the girls' singles and mixed team event.

Toma Junior Popov is a French badminton player. He won the bronze medal at the 2015 European Junior Championships in the boys' singles event. Popov made history as the first non-Danish male player to win a European Junior team gold as well as the men's singles and doubles in 2017. He joined Peter Gade, Jim Laugesen, and Thomas Stuer-Lauridsen as the only men to have ever completed the treble. He competed at the 2018 Mediterranean Games and claimed the men's singles bronze medal.

Thom Mark Gicquel is a French badminton player. Born in Tours, he started playing badminton at aged six in his parents club. Gicquel made his debut in the international senior tournament at the 2015 Riga International in Latvia, finished as the men's doubles runner-up partnered with Thomas Baures. He was part of the national junior team that won the bronze medal at the 2015 European Junior Championships, and made it to the gold medal in 2017. He also won the gold medal in the boys' doubles event with Toma Junior Popov. At the 2018 European Men's Team Championships, he helped the team claim the bronze medal. Teamed-up with Bastian Kersaudy, they clinched the men's doubles gold at the 2018 Mediterranean Games. He captured a bronze medal at the 2019 European Games in the mixed doubles event with Delphine Delrue. Gicquel and Delrue reached a career high as world number 10 in the BWF World ranking in 9 March 2021. He competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics.

Line Drost Christophersen is a Danish badminton player. She once trained at the Skælskør club, and now belongs to Gentofte. Christophersen won the girls' singles title at the 2018 European Junior Championships, and the silver medal at the World Junior Championships, and then won a silver medal at the 2021 European Championships in the women's singles event. She was part of the team from Denmark that won the 2020 European Women's Team Championships, and at the 2021 European Mixed Team Championships.
