The Finland national badminton team (Finnish : Suomen sulkapallomaajoukkue) represents Finland in international badminton team competitions. [1] It is controlled by Badminton Finland (Finnish: Suomen Sulkapallo), the national organization for badminton in Finland.
The Finnish men's team have once participated the Thomas Cup in 1994 but were eliminated in the group stage. The team's most recent achievement was achieving a semifinalist bronze position at the 2014 European Men's Team Badminton Championships. The women's team have never competed in the Uber Cup. Their best result was reaching the quarterfinals at the 2016 European Women's Team Badminton Championships.
The mixed team participated in the Sudirman Cup simultaneously until 2007. The team later qualified for the Sudirman Cup again in 2021 when Vantaa was chosen as the host for the 2021 Sudirman Cup. Finland finished in 14th place after being eliminated in the group stage.

Finland finished up as semifinalists in the 2014 European Men's and Women's Team Badminton Championships. The team got through the quarterfinal by beating Sweden with a score of 3–0. The first three singles, Ville Lång, Eetu Heino and Anton Kaisti beat Sweden's Henri Hurskainen, Gabriel Ulldahl and Mattias Borg to win the tie.

The China national badminton team is a badminton team that represents the People's Republic of China in international badminton team competitions. In addition to the first national team, there is also the second national badminton team of China. Immediately afterward, there is the China National Badminton National Youth Team. All team procedures are managed by the China Badminton Association. The Chinese National Badminton Team is the most successful badminton team in history, having won 10 Thomas Cups, 15 Uber Cups, and 13 Sudirman Cups. China also the only country to achieve a clean sweep gold medal in 2012 Olympics.
The England national badminton team represents England in international badminton team competitions and is controlled by Badminton England, the governing body for badminton in England. The English team is ranked 13 on the world ranking and has had many appearances in international team events.
The Sweden national badminton team represents Sweden in international badminton team competitions. It is controlled by Badminton Sweden, the national organization for badminton in the country.
The Japan national badminton team represents Japan in international badminton team competitions. The Japanese women's team have won the Uber Cup 6 times, with their most recent being the 2018 Uber Cup. The men's team won their first Thomas Cup title in 2014. The mixed team were runners-up three times at the Sudirman Cup.
The United States national badminton team represents the United States in international badminton team competitions. The national team is controlled by the governing body for badminton in the country, USA Badminton. The woman's team has won a total of 3 consecutive titles in the Uber Cup from 1957 to 1963. The men's team were runners-up at the 1952 edition of the Thomas Cup where they lost to Malaya.
India national badminton team represents India in international team badminton and is governed by the Badminton Association of India. The men's team has won the Thomas Cup in 2022. The Indian team competed in the 2011 Sudirman Cup and shared the fifth rank with three other teams, what is up to now the best performance in the Sudirman Cup. It is currently ranked 5th in the World. It has won 25 medals at the Commonwealth Games and 10 medals at the Asian Games along with 10 medals at the BWF World Championships and 3 medals at the Summer Olympics.
The Hong Kong national badminton team is a badminton team that plays for Hong Kong SAR, China in international competitions. The Hong Kong national team won bronze at the 2019 Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championships, also known as the Tong Yun Kai Cup.
The Algeria national badminton team represents Algeria in international badminton team competitions. The team made their first-ever appearance at the Thomas Cup in 2018. The Algerian team have never qualified for the Uber Cup and the Sudirman Cup.
The Switzerland national badminton team represents Switzerland in international badminton team competitions. It is controlled by Swiss Badminton, Switzerland's governing body for badminton. The Swiss national team debuted in the Sudirman Cup in 1991. The men's and women's team debuted in the 2006 European Men's and Women's Team Badminton Championships in Greece.
The Austria national badminton team represents Austria in international badminton team competitions and is controlled by the Austrian Badminton Association. Austria participated in the Sudirman Cup from 1989 until 2017.
The Norway national badminton team represents Norway in international badminton team competitions. It is controlled by the Norwegian Badminton Association. Norway participated in the Sudirman Cup until 2007. The national team have never qualified nor competed in the Thomas Cup and the Uber Cup.
The Wales national badminton team represents Wales in international badminton team competitions. It is controlled by Badminton Wales, the national organization for badminton in the country. Wales have never participated in the Thomas Cup and the Uber Cup. The team's last appearance in the international stage was at the 2007 Sudirman Cup.
The Belgium national badminton team represents Belgium in international badminton team competitions and is controlled by the Royal Belgian Badminton Federation. The Belgium national team have never qualified for the Thomas Cup and the Uber Cup. The last time Belgium competed in the Sudirman Cup was in 2007.
The Belarus national badminton team represents Belarus in international badminton team competitions. The Belarusian team is managed by the Belarusian Badminton Federation (BBF) which organizes badminton championships and prepares Belarusian national badminton teams. The team was formed in 1992 after the association was found.
The Portugal national badminton team represents Portugal in international badminton team competitions. It is controlled by the Portuguese Badminton Federation, the governing body for badminton in Portugal. The Portuguese have never competed in the Thomas Cup and Uber Cup. The team last participated the Sudirman Cup in 2009.

The 2021 Sudirman Cup was the 17th edition of the Sudirman Cup, the biennial international badminton championship contested by the mixed national teams of the member associations of Badminton World Federation (BWF), since its inception in 1989. The tournament was played in Vantaa, Finland, between 26 September and 3 October 2021. China were the defending champions. They successfully defended their title, lifting the trophy for a record-extending 12th time.
The Afghanistan national badminton team represents Afghanistan in international badminton team competitions. It is controlled by the Badminton Federation of Afghanistan and competes under the South Asian region. Afghanistan competed in the Asian Games individual event. The Afghan junior team has competed in the BWF World Junior Championships mixed team event, also known as the Suhandinata Cup. The team finished in 34th place.
