The 2013 Canadian Wheelchair Curling Championship was held from March 24 to 31 at the RA Centre in Ottawa, Ontario. Quebec, skipped by Benoit Lessard, won their first Canadian wheelchair title by defeating British Columbia, skipped by Paralympian Gary Cormack.

2013 Canadian Olympic Curling Pre-Trials

The qualification event for the 2013 Canadian Olympic Curling Trials, known and advertised as the Capital One Road to the Roar, was held from November 5 to 10 at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex in Kitchener, Ontario. The Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex, colloquially known as "The Aud," has previously been host to major curling events, most recently the 2003 Scott Tournament of Hearts. The top two finishers of the men's and women's events qualified to participate in the 2013 Canadian Olympic Curling Trials.

The 2014 Canadian Mixed Curling Championship was held from November 14 to 23 at the Rideau Curling Club in Ottawa, Ontario. Alberta's Darren Moulding defeated defending champion Cory Heggestad of Ontario in the final with a score of 8–5.

2014 World Womens Curling Championship

The 2014 World Women's Curling Championship was held from 15 to 23 March at the Harbour Station in Saint John, New Brunswick.

The men's tournament of the 2013 European Curling Championships will be held from November 22 to 30 at the Sørmarka Arena in Stavanger, Norway. The winners of the Group C tournament in Tårnby, Denmark will move on to the Group B tournament. The top eight men's teams at the 2013 European Curling Championships will represent their respective nations at the 2014 World Men's Curling Championship in Beijing, China.

It marked the first time that a World Curling Championship had been held in Halifax, and the first time that a World Curling Championship event had been held in the province since the World Junior Curling Championships were held in Dartmouth in 1986.

2014 Pacific-Asia Curling Championships

The 2014 Pacific-Asia Curling Championships were held from November 8 to 15 at the Karuizawa Ice Park in Karuizawa, Japan.

The 2015 World Wheelchair Curling Championship was held from February 6 to 13 at the Kisakallio Sports Institute in Lohja, Finland.

The 2016 World Wheelchair Curling Championship was held from February 21 to 28 at the Eiszentrum Luzern in Lucerne, Switzerland.

The 2017 World Wheelchair Curling Championship was held from March 4 to 11 at the Gangneung Curling Centre in Gangneung, South Korea. Norway won a third title after winning over Russia, who defeated Norway during the 2016 championship final.

2019 World Wheelchair Curling Championship Sports

The 2019 World Wheelchair Curling Championships were held at The Peak in Stirling, Scotland from 3-10 March 2019.

2020 World Wheelchair Curling Championship

The 2020 World Wheelchair Curling Championship was held at the Curling Hall Wetzikon in Wetzikon, Switzerland from February 29 to March 7.
