The 2012 Home United FC season involves Home United competing in the 2012 S.League. They are also competing in the 2012 AFC Cup after winning the 2011 Singapore Cup.

The 2013 S.League season is Geylang International's 18th season in the top flight of Singapore football and 38th year in existence as a football club.
The 2014 S.League season is Geylang International's 19th season in the top flight of Singapore football and 39th year in existence as a football club.
The 2012 season was Geylang United FC's 18th consecutive season in the S.League. The club also competed in the Singapore Cup and the Singapore League Cup.
The 2015 S.League was the 20th season since the establishment of the S.League, the top-flight Singaporean professional league for association football clubs. The league was also known as the Great Eastern Yeo's S.League due to sponsorship reasons. Warriors FC were the defending champions.
The 2015 Singapore Cup was the 18th season of Singapore's annual premier club football tournament organised by Football Association of Singapore. Due to sponsorship reasons, the Singapore Cup is also known as the RHB Singapore Cup. Balestier Khalsa were the defending champions, having won their first trophy the previous year. Albirex Niigata (S) were the eventual winners, beating Home United 2–1 in the finals.
