The 2015 Hartford Hawks baseball team will represent the University of Hartford during the 2015 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Hawks will play their home games at Fiondella Field as a member of the America East Conference. They will be led by head coach Justin Blood, in his 4th season at Hartford.

Previous season

In 2014, the Hawks finished the season 2nd in the America East with a record of 31–23, 16–7 in conference play. They qualified for the 2014 America East Conference baseball tournament and were eliminated in the semifinals. They failed to qualify for the 2014 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.

The America East Conference is a collegiate athletic conference affiliated with NCAA Division I whose members are located in the Northeastern United States.

Chase Family Arena at Reich Family Pavilion, commonly called the Sports Center or the Reich Family Pavilion, is a 4,017-seat multi-purpose arena in West Hartford, Connecticut. Home to the University of Hartford Hawks men's and women's basketball teams, the arena opened on January 25, 1990, and was dedicated to the Chase family and the Reich family, both of West Hartford, in 1998 and 2004, respectively. The Hartford Hawks are the NCAA Division III athletic teams of the University of Hartford, located in West Hartford, Connecticut. The Stony Brook Seawolves baseball team represents Stony Brook University in NCAA Division I men's college baseball. Stony Brook currently competes in the CAA and plays its home games on Joe Nathan Field. Matt Senk has coached the team since the beginning of the 1991 season. The team has won the America East tournament six times in 2004, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2015, and 2019. In 2011, the Seawolves claimed their first America East regular season championship. Dan Gooley is an American college baseball coach, formerly the head coach of Quinnipiac and Hartford (1988–1992). Gooley retired following the 2014 season.

Justin Blood is an American baseball coach and former player, who is the current head baseball coach of the Keene State Owls. He played college baseball at Frankin Pierce from 1999 to 2001. He then served as the head coach of the Hartford Hawks (2012–2021).

The Hartford Hawks men's lacrosse team represents the University of Hartford in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I men's lacrosse. Hartford currently competes as an Independent and plays its home games at Al-Marzook Field at Alumni Stadium in West Hartford, Connecticut.

The Central Connecticut–Hartford rivalry refers to the American collegiate athletics rivalry between the Central Connecticut Blue Devils sports teams of Central Connecticut State University and Hartford Hawks sports teams of the University of Hartford. The two campuses are located 10 miles apart. Unlike most in-state rivalries Hartford and Central Connecticut compete in difference conferences. Hartford competes in the America East Conference and Central Connecticut competes in the Northeast Conference. On May 6, 2021 the University of Hartford board of regents voted to transition the university’s athletic program from Division I to Division III, putting the future of the rivalry in doubt.

The 2018 Hartford Hawks baseball team represented the University of Hartford in the 2018 NCAA Division I baseball season as a member of the America East Conference. The team was coached by Justin Blood and played their home games at Fiondella Field with select games being played at Dunkin' Donuts Park. 2018 was the most successful season in division one for Hartford baseball. Hartford captured the America East regular season and conference tournament championships for the first time in school history and advanced to the NCAA tournament.

The 2021–22 Hartford Hawks men's basketball team represented the University of Hartford in the 2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Hawks, led by 12th-year head coach John Gallagher, played their home games at Chase Arena in West Hartford, Connecticut, as members of the America East Conference. They finished the season 12–20, 9–9 in America East Play to finish a tie for fifth place. They defeated Albany in the quarterfinals of the America East tournament before losing in the semifinals to UMBC.
