The 2019 Atlanta United 2 season was the team's second year of existence, their second season in the USL, the second tier of the American soccer pyramid. It was their first season with home matches at Fifth Third Bank Stadium in Kennesaw, Georgia.

The 2019 Saint Louis FC season was the club's fifth season of existence, and their fifth consecutive season in the USL Championship, the second tier of American soccer. Saint Louis will additionally compete in the U.S. Open Cup.

The 2020 Atlanta United 2 season was the team's third year of existence, their third season in the USL which is now rebranded as the USL Championship, the second tier of the American soccer pyramid.

The 2020 Memphis 901 FC season was the second season for Memphis 901 FC in the USL Championship (USLC), the second-tier professional soccer league in the United States and Canada. The regular season was originally scheduled to be played between March 6 and October 17 with a 10-team playoff between October 21 and November 16. USL suspended operations on March 12 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and resumed in a limited capacity on July 11; the regular season was shortened to 16 matches and played in regional groups.

The 2021 USL Championship season was the eleventh season of the USL Championship and the fifth season under Division II sanctioning. This was the third season under the name "USL Championship", having used the name "United Soccer League" through 2018. The 2021 season saw 31 teams participate in four divisions during the regular season.

The 2021 FC Tulsa season was the franchise's 7th season in the USL Championship, the second-tier professional soccer league in the United States. It is their second season since the club's rebranding from Tulsa Roughnecks FC to FC Tulsa.

The 2021 Indy Eleven season was the club's eighth season of existence, their eighth consecutive season in the second tier of American soccer, and their fourth season in the league now named the USL Championship. The 2021 Sporting Kansas City II season was the club's second year under the name of Sporting Kansas City II, sixth year of play and their third season in the Eastern Conference of the USL Championship, the top tier of United Soccer League and the second tier of the United States Soccer Pyramid. The team will continue play at Children's Mercy Park.

The 2022 FC Tulsa season was the franchise's 8th season in the USL Championship, the second-tier professional soccer league in the United States. The team will also participate in the 2022 U.S. Open Cup.

The 2022 Hartford Athletic season was the club's fourth season of existence and their fourth in the USL Championship, the second tier of American soccer.

The 2022 Louisville City FC season was the club's eighth season of competition. Louisville City competes in the USL Championship, the second tier of professional soccer in the United States.

The 2022 Atlanta United 2 season was the team's fifth year of existence as well as their fifth and final season in the USL Championship, the second tier of the American soccer pyramid.

The 2023 FC Tulsa season was the franchise's 9th season in the USL Championship, the second-tier professional soccer league in the United States. The team also participated in the 2023 U.S. Open Cup.
