This is a list of the 2022 Professional Darts Corporation calendar of events held between June and December, with player progression documented from the quarterfinals stage where applicable. [1]
The list includes European tour events, Players Championships events, World Series of Darts events and PDC majors. It also includes PDC secondary tours (Challenge Tour, Development Tour, and Women's Series) as well as PDC affiliate tours (Championship Darts Circuit, Dartplayers Australia, Dartplayers New Zealand, PDC Asia, Eurasia Darts Corporation, and PDC Nordic & Baltic) and PDC qualifying events.

The Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) is a professional darts organisation in the United Kingdom, established in 1992 when a group of leading players split from the British Darts Organisation (BDO) to form what was initially called the World Darts Council (WDC). Sports promoter Eddie Hearn is the PDC chairman.
The PDC Pro Tour is a series of non-televised darts tournaments organised by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). They comprise Professional Dart Players Association (PDPA) Players Championships and European Tour events. Only four players have gone on to win at least 30 titles on the PDC Pro Tour. Michael van Gerwen has won the most Pro Tour titles winning 90. Phil Taylor is second on the list winning 70 events. Gary Anderson is in third winning 37 events and Peter Wright in fourth winning 34 events, as of October 2024.
The PDC Order of Merit is a world ranking system used by one of the darts organisations, the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). Following the 2007 PDC World Darts Championship it superseded a world ranking system based on points being awarded for performances in ranking tournaments.

Damon Heta is an Australian professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events, where he is currently ranked world number eight. He has won 8 ranking PDC titles, and also won the 2019 Brisbane Darts Masters. Heta reached the semi-finals at the 2024 UK Open, and the quarter-finals at both the Grand Slam and Players Championship Finals in 2020 and 2023, the 2022 UK Open, the 2023 World Matchplay, and the 2024 Masters.

There were thirty Players Championship events and thirteen PDC European Tour events, and after the split format last year, the Challenge and Development Tours returned as one big tour, rather than a UK/European split tour.
The 2022 PDC Women's Series consisted of 20 darts tournaments on the 2022 PDC Pro Tour.

The 2023 PDC Women's Series consisted of 24 darts tournaments on the 2023 PDC Pro Tour.
The 2024 Betfred Women's World Matchplay was third edition of the tournament by the Professional Darts Corporation. The tournament featured the top eight players on the 2024 PDC Women's Series Order of Merit, competing in a knockout format, with the winner earning a place in the 2024 Grand Slam of Darts and the 2025 PDC World Darts Championship. The tournament was held at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool on 21 July 2024.
