Abel Motorsports is an American auto racing team in the IndyCar Series and Indy NXT series. [1] The team is owned by Bill Abel.

They have competed at numerous levels of the Road to Indy. [2] [3] In April 2024, at Barber Motorsports Park, the team recorded its first victory in the Indy NXT series. [4]

After competing in the 2023 Indianapolis 500, the team announced an attempt to make the race in 2024. [5] [6] [7] In early May, 2024, the team announced they had withdrawn their entry in the race, after driver R. C. Enerson failed to locate funding for the effort. [8]

Dale Coyne Racing (DCR) is an American professional open-wheel racing team that currently competes in the IndyCar Series and Indy NXT. The team was founded in 1984 and is owned by former driver Dale Coyne. From 1995 to 2000, the team was known as Payton-Coyne Racing, reflecting a partnership with Chicago Bears great Walter Payton. After the 1988 season, Coyne stepped out of the cockpit and turned his talents to the tutelage of several up-and-coming drivers. Once known for competing on budgets far smaller than most of their competitors, the team earned its maiden victory after 25 years at Watkins Glen International in July 2009 with Justin Wilson.

Josef Nicolai Newgarden is an American racing driver who races the No. 2 Team Penske Dallara/Chevrolet in the IndyCar Series. He was the 2011 Indy Lights champion, and 2017 and 2019 IndyCar Series Champion. He won the 2023 and 2024 Indianapolis 500, and the 2024 24 Hours of Daytona, becoming the 16th driver to win both an Indy 500 and a 24 Hours of Daytona, as well as the first driver since Helio Castroneves to win the Indianapolis 500 two years in a row.

Juncos Hollinger Racing, formerly Juncos Racing, is an Argentine-American racing team competing in the IndyCar Series, Indy NXT and USF Pro 2000 Championship series in the Road to Indy ladder for IndyCar. Owned by Ricardo Juncos, who formed the team in 1997, the team was initially based in Argentina before limited racing opportunities in that country led to the team moving to the United States. The team is currently based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Following Williams F1 shareholder Brad Hollinger's entry to the team as partner in 2021, the team was renamed to Juncos Hollinger Racing.

Richard Clayton Enerson is an American professional racing driver. He is the son of former Indy Lights team owner Neil Enerson, who owned Team E Racing. He competes part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 14 Chevrolet Camaro for SS-Green Light Racing.
