AfroBasket 2013 qualification

The 2013 FIBA Africa Championship Qualification occurred on various dates between 8 July 2012 and 23 February 2013. It was used to determine which African national basketball teams would qualify for the 2013 FIBA Africa Championship. Teams competed with other teams in their respective "zones" for a spot in the Championship tournament.

Mozambique national football team national association football team

The Mozambique national football team represents Mozambique in men's football and is controlled by the Mozambican Football Federation, the governing body for football in Mozambique. AfroBasket 2009

AfroBasket 2009 was the 25th FIBA Africa Championship, played under the auspices of the Fédération Internationale de Basketball, the basketball sport governing body, and the African zone thereof. At stake were the three berths allocated to Africa in the 2010 FIBA World Championship. The tournament was hosted by Libya after Nigeria, the original host, withdrew from hosting after not conforming to FIBA Africa guidelines.

The FIBA Africa Championship 2009 Qualification occurred on various dates between 4 August 2008 and 31 May 2009. It was used to determine which African national basketball teams would qualify for the FIBA Africa Championship 2009. Teams competed with other teams in their respective "zones" for a spot in the Championship tournament.

The FIBA Africa Championship 2011 Qualification took place on various dates between 11 August 2010 and mid-2011. It was used to determine which African national basketball teams would qualify for the FIBA Africa Championship 2011. Teams competed with other teams in their respective "zones" for a spot in the Championship tournament.

Teams will compete in the sub-zonal tournaments, with all teams advancing, with each team carrying over the points it earns to the five zonal tournament, where teams not entered in the sub-zonal tournaments can enter. The top four teams in each group will advance to the second zonal round where teams are mixed. The top 2 teams from the second zonal round will advance to the continental cup. The winner of the 2010–12 Continental Beach Volleyball Cup will advance to the Olympics 42 out of a 53 possible nations entered.

The qualification for the Basketball at the 2012 Summer Olympics – Women's tournament took place from 2010–2012; all five FIBA zones sent in teams.

The qualification phase for the 2014 African Nations Championship was played from November 2012 to August 2013. Qualification is divided into the CAF Regional Zones. Each zone has 2 or 3 teams that will qualify for the final tournament in 2014 in South Africa.

The CAVB qualification for the 2014 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship saw member nations compete for two places at the finals in Italy.

It was used to determine which African national basketball teams would qualify for the 2015 FIBA Africa Championship. Teams competed with other teams in their respective "zones" for a spot in the Championship tournament.

AfroBasket 2017Qualification will occur on various dates on 2017. It will determine which African national basketball teams will qualify for the 2017 FIBA Africa Championship. Teams will compete with other teams in their respective "zones" for a spot in the Championship tournament.

AfroBasket Women 2017Qualification occurred on various dates on 2017. It determined which African national basketball teams would qualify for the AfroBasket Women 2017. Teams competed with other teams in their respective "zones" for a spot in the Championship tournament.

The 2017 FIBA Africa Under-16 Championship for Women was the 5th FIBA Africa U16 Championship for Women, played under the rules of FIBA, the world governing body for basketball, and the FIBA Africa thereof. The 2021 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations qualification will be a men's under-17 football competition which decide the participating teams of the 2021 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations.
