Afromarengo is a genus of jumping spiders that was first described by S. P. Benjamin in 2004. [2] The name is derived from "Africa" and the genus Marengo . The genus Indomarengo is similarly named.

Myrmarachne is a genus of ant-mimicking jumping spiders that was first described by W. S. MacLeay in 1839. They are commonly called antmimicking spiders, but they are not the only spiders that have this attribute. The name is a combination of Ancient Greek μύρμηξ (myrmex), meaning "ant", and ἀράχνη (arachne), meaning "spider".
Bagheera is a genus of jumping spiders within the family Salticidae, subfamily Salticinae and subtribe Dendryphantina. The genus was first described by George Peckham & Elizabeth Peckham in 1896. The name is derived from Bagheera, a character from Rudyard Kipling's Jungle Book.
Cembalea is a genus of African jumping spiders that was first described by Wanda Wesołowska in 1993.
Cyrba is a genus of spiders in the family Salticidae. The genus was erected by Hippolyte Lucas in 1846.

Indomarengo is a genus of the spider family Salticidae.
Marengo is a genus of Asian jumping spiders that was first described by George and Elizabeth Peckham in 1892. The name is derived from Marengo, a village in Italy and the name of Napoleon's horse.
Massagris is a genus of African jumping spiders that was first described by Eugène Louis Simon in 1900.
Mexcala is a genus of jumping spiders that was first described by George and Elizabeth Peckham in 1902. The name is probably derived from the Nahuatl mezcal.
Pachomius is a genus of jumping spiders that was first described by George and Elizabeth Peckham in 1896. Uspachia was merged into genus Romitia in 2007, and all nine species were merged into Pachomius in 2015. The name is derived from Pachomius, the founder of cenobitic monasticism.
Parajotus is a genus of African jumping spiders that was first described by George and Elizabeth Peckham in 1903. As of August 2019 it contains only three species, found only in Africa: P. cinereus, P. obscurofemoratus, and P. refulgens. The name is a combination of the Ancient Greek "para" (παρά), meaning "alongside", and the related genus Jotus.
Sassacus is a genus of jumping spiders that was first described by George and Elizabeth Peckham in 1895. It is likely named after Sassacus, a Native American chief of the 16th and 17th century.
Sonoita is a monotypic genus of jumping spiders containing the single species, Sonoita lightfooti. It was first described by George and Elizabeth Peckham in 1903, and is found only in Africa.

Vailimia is a genus of Asian jumping spiders that was first described by C. F. Kammerer in 2006. It was first described in 1907 from a single male about 6 millimetres (0.24 in) long. It was originally thought to be close to Harmochirus, but the male pedipalp, chelicera, and cephalothorax drawn by Proszynski in 1984, and information gained from later collected specimens indicates otherwise. Subsequently, three more species have been identified. It may be a synonym for Pancorius.
Zygoballus is a genus of jumping spiders found in North and South America.
Nigorella is a genus of jumping spiders that was first described by Wanda Wesołowska & Beata Tomasiewicz in 2008. The name is described as "an arbitrary combination of letters", feminine in gender. Three previously species described were transferred to the genus: Pachypoessa albimana as N. albimana, Philaeus manicus as N. manica, and Euophrys plebeja as N. plebeja. Subsequently it was discovered that Euophrys plebeja was a nomen dubium, with no known type specimen.
