Alejandro Aurelio Aguinaga Recuenco (born 28 January 1950) is a Peruvian doctor and Fujimorist politician. He is a Congressman,representing the Lambayeque Region,as he was before between 2006 and 2016. He was also the Health Minister during the administration of Alberto Fujimori from 1999 to 2000.
After eight years of studies since 1966,Aguinaga graduated from the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal in Lima with a medical degree,in 1975. From 1977 to 1979,he furthered his qualification at the National University of San Marcos,specializing in general and digestive system surgery. From 1981 to 1985,he attended a post-gradual training in gastrointestinal surgery at the Louis Pasteur University in Strasbourg,France. From 1985 to 2006 he practiced at the Archbishop Loayza Hospital in Lima,starting as an assistant surgeon and later gaining promotion to general director. As a professor,he has lectured about surgery at the Cayetano Heredia University,the Universidad de San Martín de Porres,and the private University San Juan Bautista. Additionally,he became the personal doctor of then-president Alberto Fujimori. [1]
During the Fujimori's administration,he held the post of deputy minister of health from 1994 to 1999 and eventually he became minister heading the same ministry from 1999 to 2000.
In the 2006 elections,Aguinaga was elected Congressman on the Fujimorist Alliance for the Future list as an invited candidate,representing the Lambayeque Region. In 2007,he assumed the presidency of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Congress of the Republic in which he served from 26 July 2007 to 26 July 2008. During 2008 and 2009,he was the First Vice President of the Congress under the leadership of Javier Velásquez. When Velasquez was appointed prime minister in July 2009,Aguinaga took over the interim Presidency of the Congress for a few days until 26 July when Congress elected Luis Alva Castro. During the Congressional leadership of César Zumaeta,Aguinaga was once again,the First Vice President of the Congress. In the 2011 elections,Aguinaga was re-elected for another five-year term,this time under the Force 2011 party of Fujimori's daughter Keiko. In 2021,Aguinaga is set to return to Congress,after a five-year absence.
Carlos Ernesto Fernando Ferrero Costa is a Peruvian politician who served as congressman as a member of PerúPosible representing Lima from 1995 until 2006 and also served as the President of the Congress from late-2000 until 2003. He was the Prime Minister of Peru from December 2003 until his resignation August 2005. He belongs to the PerúPosible party. Ángel Javier Velásquez Quesquén is a Peruvian lawyer and politician. A prominent member of the Peruvian Aprista Party,he has served in Congress between 2001 and 2019,previously serving from 1995 to 2000. In Alan García's second presidency,Velásquez was sworn as the third Prime Minister of Peru of the administration,succeeding Yehude Simon in 2009. He resigned his post in 2010 with the intention to run for the Peruvian Aprista Party presidential nomination later that year. Luis Humberto Falla Lamadrid is a Peruvian lawyer and politician. He is a former Congressman,elected in the 2006 elections,representing the Lambayeque region for the 2006–2011 term.He lost his seat in the 2011 elections,when he ran for re-election,but he received a low number of votes. He was previously a deputy representing the Lambayeque region from 1990 to 1992 when President Alberto Fujimori shut Congress down in a self-coup. Falla belongs to the Peruvian Aprista Party.

In 2018,he ran unsuccessfully for Mayor of Lima in the local elections. Leading most of the polls throughout the entire campaign,his absence in the mayoral debate caused him to finish in third place in the election with 8.9% of the popular vote,losing to Jorge Muñoz Walls of the Popular Action.

Raffo was elected under the Alliance for the Future and belongs to the SíCumple party. He is one of the main supporters of former President Alberto Fujimori. During his government,Raffo was his campaign advisor. He is considered among the most loyal to the former Peruvian president. Raffo lost his seat when he ran for re-election in the 2011 general election under the Force 2011 of former President Fujimori's daughter Keiko but,he was not elected.

Kenji Gerardo Fujimori Higuchi is a Peruvian businessman,politician and a former congressman representing Lima from 2011 until he was suspended from congressional duty in June 2018,in aftermath of the Mamanivideos scandal. He is the son of former President Alberto Fujimori and former First Lady and congresswoman Susana Higuchi. He has three siblings:Hiro Alberto,Sachi Marcela and Keiko Fujimori. In the 2011 elections,he ran for Congress in the constituency of Lima,under the Force 2011,a Fujimorist political party led by his sister Keiko,being the most voted congressman in 2011. In the 2016 elections,he was re-elected for a second term to Congress,once again representing the same constituency,under the Popular Force,as he received a high number of votes and being the most voted congressman in 2016. In June 2018,following the "Mamanivideos" scandal,Congress suspended Kenji and two other congressmen of his party for allegations of crimes of influence peddling and bribery.

A former Fujimorist politician and diplomat,he briefly served as the First Vice President of Peru between 28 July 2000 to 21 November 2000,during the brief third term of Alberto Fujimori and also as a Congressman between 2000 and 2001. He also served as Minister of Foreign Affairs during the Fujimori administration and as a member of the Democratic Constituent Congress between 1992 and 1995.
Oscar Andrés Reggiardo Sayan is a Peruvian Fujimorist politician and former congressman of Italian descent. His son Renzo Reggiardo also served as a Congressman for Lima for two terms between 2006 and 2016.
