Bell Media Inc. is a Canadian media conglomerate that is the mass media subsidiary of BCE Inc.. Its operations include national television broadcasting and production, radio broadcasting, digital media and Internet properties.

Astral was also a major player in premium and specialty television in Canada, with 23 specialty channels and two conventional stations. In addition, Astral had a presence in out-of-home advertising.

The network's administrative office was located in Ohsweken, Ontario, on the Six Nations Indian reserve near Brantford. All three transmitters can be heard over most of Fredericton, effectively creating a simulcast. CKHJ uses on the air-branding of Pure Country 103.5, referencing the frequency of CKHJ-2-FM, which is a rimshot signal.
