Cebu City's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Cebu. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. [3] The district consists of forty six barangays of the city locally referred to as the "North District". It was represented in the 19th Congress by Rachel del Mar of the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC). [4]

The legislative districts of Cebu City are the representations of the highly urbanized city of Cebu in the various national legislatures of the Philippines. The city is currently represented in the lower house of the Congress of the Philippines through its first and second congressional districts.
Cebu's 1st congressional district is one of the seven congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Cebu. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the cities of Carcar, Naga and Talisay and the municipalities of Minglanilla, San Fernando and Sibonga. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Rhea Gullas of the Lakas–CMD.

The district consists mostly of the North Caloocan barangays north of EDSA and Circumferential Road 4: Barangays 1 to 4 of Zone 1, Barangays 77 to 85 in Zones 7 and 8, and Barangays 132 to 177 in Zones 12 to 15. It also included Barangays 178 to 188 in Zones 15 and 16 in the northern portion of Caloocan until their redistricting to the third district that took effect in 2022. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Oscar Malapitan of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
Taguig–Pateros's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the combined independent local government units of Pateros and Taguig. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2007. The district was created in 2004 following a plebiscite to ratify Republic Act No. 8487 or the 1998 Taguig City Charter. It consists of the entire municipality of Pateros and the eastern Taguig barangays of Bagumbayan, Bambang, Calzada, Comembo, Hagonoy, Ibayo-Tipas, Ligid-Tipas, Lower Bicutan, New Lower Bicutan, Napindan, Palingon, Pembo, Rizal, San Miguel, Santa Ana, Tuktukan, Ususan and Wawa. The district is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Ricardo S. Cruz Jr. of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
Taguig–Pateros's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the combined independent local government units of Pateros and Taguig. The district is located entirely within the city of Taguig. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2007. The district was created in 2004 following a plebiscite to ratify Republic Act No. 8487 or the 1998 Taguig City Charter. It consists of the western Taguig barangays of Cembo, Central Bicutan, Central Signal Village, East Rembo, Fort Bonifacio, Katuparan, Maharlika Village, North Daang Hari, North Signal Village, Pinagsama, Pitogo, Post Proper Northside, Post Proper Southside, South Cembo, South Daang Hari, South Signal Village, Tanyag, Upper Bicutan, Western Bicutan, and West Rembo. The district is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Amparo Maria J. Zamora of the Lakas–CMD.
Zamboanga City's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in Zamboanga City. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 2007. It was created by the 2004 reapportionment that divided the city into two congressional districts and which took effect in 2007. The district is composed of 60 barangays in the city's east coast and includes Sacol and Vitali islands, as well as parts of its downtown commercial area east of Veterans Avenue. Davao City's 1st congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in Davao City. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district covers the city's poblacion or downtown commercial core composed of 40 barangays and Talomo district that borders it to the west which consists of 14 barangays. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Paolo Duterte of the National Unity Party (NUP), Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HNP), and Hugpong sa Tawong Lungsod (HTL).
Caloocan's 3rd congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Caloocan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2022. The district consists of eleven barangays in the northeastern portion of Caloocan: Barangays 178 to 188 in Zones 15 and 16. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Dean Asistio, who ran under PDP–Laban in the 2022 general election but took his oath as member of Lakas–CMD before the opening of the said legislative term.
