Christopher Michael Curry (born November 11, 1977) is an American college baseball coach and former catcher. Curry is the head coach of the Little Rock Trojans baseball team.
Curry attended Conway High School in Conway, Arkansas. Curry played for the school's varsity baseball team. The San Francisco Giants selected Curry in the 26th round of the 1996 Major League Baseball draft. He did not sign, and enrolled at Meridian Community College, to play college baseball for the Meridian Eagles baseball team.
As a freshman at Meridian, Curry was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 17th round, but he returned for a sophomore season at Meridian. He was again drafted by the Tigers, this time in the 48th round. He instead accepted a scholarship to Mississippi State University to play for the Mississippi State Bulldogs baseball team.
In the 1999 season as a junior, Curry hit .295, 8 home runs, 11 doubles and 51 RBIs.
Curry was drafted in the 9th round by the Chicago Cubs in the 1999 Major League Baseball draft.
Curry began his professional career with the Eugene Emeralds of the Class A Northwest League, where he batted .227 with two home runs.
On November 7, 2008, Curry was named a volunteer assistant for the Arkansas Razorbacks baseball team. [1] On July 17, 2010, Curry was introduced as the head coach at Meridian Community College. [2] Curry lead Meridian to a 69–44 record as the head coach. On June 26, 2012, Curry was named the pitching coach at Northwestern State. [3]
After two seasons at Northwestern State, Curry was named the head coach of the Little Rock Trojans baseball program. [4] Curry lead the Trojans to a 26–26 regular season record and a third-place finish in the Sun Belt Conference in 2016, as a result, he was named the Sun Belt Conference Coach of the Year. [5]

Edward James Orgeron Jr. is a former American college football coach. He was most recently the head football coach at Louisiana State University (LSU), a position he held from midway through the 2016 season until the 2021 season. Orgeron previously served as the head football coach at the University of Mississippi from 2005 to 2007 and was the interim head coach at the University of Southern California (USC) in 2013. He led the 2019 LSU Tigers football team to a national championship, beating the defending champions Clemson in the 2020 College Football Playoff National Championship.

Gary Hogan Field is a baseball venue located in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. It has been home to the Little Rock Trojans college baseball team of the Division I Sun Belt Conference since 1978 and also the home of the Arkansas Baptist College Buffaloes junior college baseball team of Region 2 of the National Junior College Athletic Association. Formerly known as Curran Conway Field, the venue has a capacity of 2,550.
The Central Arkansas Bears baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) in Conway, Arkansas. The team is a member of the Atlantic Sun Conference, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I, since the start of the 2022 season. The Bears, coached by Nick Harlan, play home games at Bear Stadium on the UCA campus.

They finished the season 13–18, 8–12 in Sun Belt play to finish in eighth place. They lost in the first round of the Sun Belt tournament to South Alabama.

They finished the season 30–5, 17–3 in Sun Belt play to win the Sun Belt regular season championship. They defeated Louisiana–Lafayette and Louisiana–Monroe to win the Sun Belt tournament and earn the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. In the Tournament as a No. 12 seed, they defeated Purdue in the first round before losing in the second round to Iowa State.
