Jay Frederick Allen II (born November 22,2002) is an American professional baseball outfielder for the Cincinnati Reds organization. Listed at 6 feet 3 inches (1.91 m) and 190 pounds (86 kg),he bats and throws right-handed.
Allen played high school baseball,football,and basketball at John Carroll Catholic High School in Fort Pierce,Florida. [1] [2] Allen committed to play college baseball for the Florida Gators. [3]
Allen was selected in the 2021 Major League Baseball draft by the Cincinnati Reds as the final selection of the first round;he was the 30th player selected and the Reds' second selection of the first round,as the Reds had received a compensatory pick due to the Los Angeles Dodgers signing Trevor Bauer. [4] [5] Allen signed with the Reds on July 20,2021,for a $2.4 million signing bonus. [6]
Allen made his professional debut with the Rookie-level Arizona Complex League Reds,slashing .328/.440/.557 with three home runs,11 RBIs,and 14 stolen bases over 19 games. [7] He opened the 2022 season with the Daytona Tortugas of the Single-A Florida State League. [8]

Edwin Zaed Arroyo (born August 25,2003) is a Puerto Rican professional baseball shortstop in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Arroyo attended Arecibo Baseball Academy in Arecibo,Puerto Rico before coming to the United States to attend Central Pointe Christian Academy in Kissimmee,Florida for his senior season. [9]
Arroyo was drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the second round of the 2021 Major League Baseball draft. [10] He made his professional debut that August with the Arizona Complex League Mariners. He started 2022 with the Modesto Nuts. [11] [12]
On July 29,2022,the Mariners traded Arroyo,Noelvi Marte,Andrew Moore,and Levi Stoudt to the Reds for pitcher Luis Castillo. [13] He won the 2023 Midwest League Top MLB Prospect Award with the Dayton Dragons. [14]
On March 20,2024,Arroyo underwent season-ending surgery to repair a torn labrum in his left shoulder. The injury occurred when he dove back to a base on a pickoff attempt during spring training. [15]

Alfredo Enrique Duno (born January 7,2006) is a Venezuelan professional baseball catcher in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Duno signed with the Cincinnati Reds as an international free agent in January 2023. [16] [17] He made his professional debut that year with the Dominican Summer League Reds. [18]

Joseph Tyson Floyd (born August 28,2001) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Floyd grew up in Rockmart,Georgia and attended Rockmart High School. [19] He was named the Class 7AA Georgia Player of the Year as a junior after posting a 10–1 record with a 0.57 ERA and 127 strikeouts. [20]
Floyd made 20 pitching appearances,all in relief,during his freshman season with the LSU Tigers and had a 4.44 ERA and 39 strikeouts over 24+1⁄3 innings pitched. [21] After the season, he played summer collegiate baseball for the Bristol State Liners of the Appalachian League. [22] Floyd pitched in 16 games with 10 starts as a sophomore and went 5–4 with a 3.77 ERA and 70 strikeouts. [23] Floyd finished his junior season with a 7–0 record and 4.35 ERA with 120 strikeouts as LSU won the 2023 Men's College World Series (MCWS). [24] He set a MCWS record with 17 strikeouts in the first game of the finals against Florida. [25]
Floyd was selected by the Cincinnati Reds with the 38th pick of the 2023 Major League Baseball draft. He signed with the Reds on July 16, 2023 for $2,097,500. [26] On July 6, 2025, Floyd was placed on the full-season injured list ending his season.

JoséAlejandro Franco (born November 25,2000) is a Venezuelan professional baseball pitcher in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Franco signed with the Cincinnati Reds as an international free agent in October 2018. He made his professional debut in 2019 with the Dominican Summer League Reds. He did not pitch in 2020 due to the Minor League Baseball season being cancelled because of the Covid-19 pandemic. He pitched 2021 and 2022 with the Daytona Tortugas and missed the 2023 after undergoing Tommy John Surgery. [27]
Franco returned in 2024 to pitch for Daytona and the Dayton Dragons. [28] He started 2025 with the Chattanooga Lookouts before being promoted to the Louisville Bats. [29]

Luke Michael Hayden (born December 5,2002) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Hayden attended Edgewood High School in Ellettsville,Indiana,where he played baseball and graduated in 2021. [30] [31] He went unselected in the 2021 Major League Baseball draft and enrolled at Indiana University to play college baseball for the Indiana Hoosiers. After two seasons at Indiana,he transferred to Indiana State University to play for the Sycamores. [32] In his lone season for the Sycamores in 2024,Hayden started 16 games and went 7-2 with a 3.81 ERA and 91 strikeouts over 78 innings. [33] He was then selected by the Cincinnati Reds in the eighth round of the 2024 Major League Baseball draft. [34] [35] He signed for $197,500,forgoing his commitment to transfer to Louisiana State University. [36]
After signing,Hayden made his professional debut with the Daytona Tortugas,appearing in four games for the season. [37] In 2025,Hayden was a non-roster invitee to spring training and was named to Cincinnati's Spring Breakout roster. [38] He was assigned to the Dayton Dragons to open the season. [39]

Luke Kenneth Holman (born January 6,2003) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Holman attended Wilson High School in West Lawn,Pennsylvania,where he played baseball. As a senior in 2021,he pitched to a 7–1 record,a 0.88 ERA,and 113 strikeouts over 55+2⁄3 innings. [40] He was selected by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 20th round of the 2021 Major League Baseball draft,but did not sign and instead enrolled at the University of Alabama to play college baseball for the Alabama Crimson Tide. As a freshman at Alabama in 2022,Holman appeared in 15 games in relief,going 0–2 with a 5.68 ERA over 19 innings. [43] He moved into the starting rotation as a sophomore in 2023 and went 7–4 with a 3.67 ERA over 15 starts. [44] After the season,he transferred to Louisiana State University (LSU) for the 2024 season. [45] [46] Holman started 16 games and went 9–4 with a 2.75 ERA and 127 strikeouts over 91+2⁄3 innings. [47] He was selected to play for the Team USA Collegiate National Baseball Team. [48]
Holman was selected by the Cincinnati Reds with the 71st overall pick in the 2024 Major League Baseball draft. [49] On July 23,2024,Holman signed with the Reds on a contract worth $997,000. [50] He made his professional debut in 2025 with the Daytona Tortugas. [51] After two starts,he was placed on the 7-day injured list before being transferred to the full-season injured list,thus ending his season. [52]
Holman was diagnosed with anaplastic large-cell lymphoma when he was seven and underwent chemotherapy for one year before returning to baseball. [53]

Lewis attended Millard West High School in Omaha,Nebraska. [54] As a senior,he was the Nebraska Gatorade Baseball Player of the Year after hitting .496 with eight home runs,41 runs batted in (RBI) and 31 stolen bases. [55]

Héctor Junior Rodríguez (born March 11,2004) is a Dominican professional baseball outfielder in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Rodríguez signed with the New York Mets as an international free agent in January 2021. He made his professional debut that season with the Dominican Summer League Mets.
On July 28,2022 the Mets traded Rodríguez and Jose Acuña to the Cincinnati Reds for Tyler Naquin and Phillip Diehl. [59] He started his Reds career that year with the Arizona Complex League Reds and Daytona Tortugas. In 2023,he played with Daytona and the Dayton Dragons. [60] [61]
