Geography

The ward covers the western parts of Hinckley and is bounded by the A5/Watling Street and A47 roads, [9] the Ashby Canal [10] and the Birmingham - Peterborough Railway Line. It is home to the motorcycle brand, Triumph Motorcycles Ltd, [11] [12] and is predominantly a mix of residential, industrial, and commercial use. It is also on the border with Warwickshire/Leicestershire with Nuneaton. [13]
