Coleophora caelebipennella is a moth of the family Coleophoridae. It is found in most of Europe, except Great Britain, Ireland and the Balkan Peninsula. [1] It is also known from Pakistan. [2]

The wingspan is 13–16 mm. [3]

The larvae feed on Artemisia campestris , Artemisia vulgaris , Centaurea , Chrysanthemum , Gnaphalium , Helichrysum arenarium , Helichrysum italicum , Helichrysum italicum serotinum and Helichrysum stoechas . [4] Larvae can be found from September to July.
