The Daniel Crosby House is a historic house located in the Osterville village of Barnstable, Massachusetts.
Built c. 1790, it is a 1+1⁄2-story "half Cape" (three bays wide), with a side entry and chimney. This well-preserved house was owned by Daniel Crosby, the progenitor of the locally prominent Crosby family, and Reverend Edward Bourne Hinckley, the community's first librarian. It was also home to the local historical society for a time. [2]

The Unitarian Universalist Meeting House of Provincetown is an historic church at 236 Commercial Street in Provincetown, Massachusetts. The Greek Revival building was built in 1847 based on a design by Benjamin Hallett, for a congregation that had been established in 1829. It is a massive post and beam timber-frame construction, and was originally built without the tower. The tower, which is telescopic in form, with Greek ornamentation, is the only surviving steeple in Provincetown, and is a landmark for seafarers.
The Barnstable County Courthouse is an historic courthouse at 3195 Main Street in Barnstable, Massachusetts. The two-story Greek Revival building was built in 1831 to a design by architect Alexander Parris. It is built mostly out of Quincy granite, although its front portico and fluted Doric columns are made of wood fashioned to look like stone. The building has been expanded five times between 1879 and 1971, with each addition made in a style sensitive to its original styling, and its main courtroom features original Federal styling. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981, and included in the Old King's Highway Historic District in 1987. The Barnstable Superior Court is located in the building.

The Nathaniel Baker House is a historic house in Barnstable, Massachusetts. The house was probably built about 1721, and is a well-preserved example of an early Georgian hip-roofed house. It is also noted for its association with the locally prominent Baker family. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
The Wing's Neck Light is a historic lighthouse in the Pocasset village of Bourne, Massachusetts. It is located on Wing's Neck Road at the end of Wing's Neck, a peninsula between Pocasset Harbor and the Hog Island Channel, which provides access to the Cape Cod Canal. The first lighthouse was built in the site in 1849; it was a stone keeper's house with a wood-frame tower above, and was destroyed by fire in 1878.

Constructed around 1750 by Joseph Jenkins, this 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house serves as a testament to the early history of West Barnstable. Characterized by its well-preserved structure, the house features four bays in width, an off-center chimney, and an entryway. The main entrance is adorned with plain trim, complemented by a transom window and a triangular pediment. Throughout the 19th century, the property remained in the ownership of the Jenkins family.

The Nickerson Mansion is a historic house in Brewster, Massachusetts. The large mansion was built in 1907 by Addie Nickerson and her son Samuel on the foundation of an 1890 mansion that was built by Addie's late father-in-law, Samuel Mayo Nickerson, for his son Roland's family to use as a summer home. The building's interior was lavishly appointed with Italian marble and hand-carved woodwork. The Nickersons owned the property until 1945, when it was purchased by the Missionaries of La Salette, who used it as a seminary. It is now one of the centerpieces of the Ocean Edge Resort under the name "The Mansion at Ocean Edge".
The Old King's Highway Historic District encompasses what was historically the principal east–west thoroughfare through Barnstable, Massachusetts. It encompasses Barnstable's entire length of what is now designated Massachusetts Route 6A and called Main Street, between the town lines of Sandwich and Yarmouth. It includes more than 1,000 acres (400 ha), and includes all of the buildings whose properties front on the road, nearly 500 in all. The area includes the main population centers of Barnstable from its founding in the late 1630s until the mid-19th century, when the southern parts of the community became more significant in economic prominence. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
The U.S. Customshouse is a historic customs house and United States Coast Guard museum on Cobbs Hill in Barnstable, Massachusetts. Built in 1855 to a design by Ammi Young, it was used as a custom house and post office until 1913, continuing to house the post office and other offices until 1958. It was converted into a museum in 1960, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.
The Santuit Historic District encompasses a cluster of historic houses around the junction of Falmouth Road and Main Street in the Santuit village of Barnstable, Massachusetts. It includes eight houses, six of which are historically significant for their association with the Crocker family, who were the first settlers of the area in the 18th century. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
