Ephemeral Gaze is the sixth concert tour by South Korean singer Taemin, in support of his fifth Korean EP, Eternal . It began on August 31, 2024, in Incheon, South Korea, and is set to conclude on March 12, 2025, in Paris, France. It is Taemin's first world tour, spanning shows across Asia, South America, North America and Europe.
Taemin's contract with his agency, SM Entertainment, expired in March 2024. [1] He signed a new contract with BPM Entertainment for his solo promotions. [2] At a fan meeting in July, he announced the release of his fifth EP, Eternal , and revealed that he was planning to embark on his first world tour as a soloist. [3] Taemin said in an interview that he had wanted to go on a world tour since first aspiring to become a singer. [4] On July 19, BPM announced through social media that Taemin would commence his tour, titled Ephemeral Gaze, on August 31, beginning with concerts in Incheon and continuing to various locations across Asia. They said the title was chosen to reflect a performance in which Taemin remains himself despite the varying perspectives of others. [5] At the Incheon shows, Taemin performed songs from Eternal, as well as past releases such as "Move", "Criminal", "Advice" and "Guilty". [6]
On November 1, BPM announced dates for the South American, North American and European legs, covering 14 cities in 10 countries. [7] The North American leg will be conducted in collaboration with entertainment technology company Knowmerce. [8] Tickets for the North American concerts went on sale on December 15 and sold out instantly. The South American and European concerts also sold out. [9] Additional tickets for the Houston and Los Angeles concerts went on sale on December 21 to accommodate demand. [10]

Kim Ki-bum, better known by his stage name Key, is a South Korean singer and television personality. Born and raised in Daegu, South Korea, he later moved to Seoul after a successful audition at the SM National Tour Audition Casting. In May 2008, Key debuted as a member of South Korean boy band Shinee, who later went on to become one of the best-selling artists in South Korea. Key is widely recognized as a singer and dancer, but he has also ventured into different careers, notably as a television presenter.
Kim Jong-hyun, known mononymously as Jonghyun, was a South Korean singer-songwriter, record producer, radio host, and author under the SM Entertainment label. He was the vocalist of the South Korean boy band Shinee for nine years, releasing twelve albums with the group in both Korean and Japanese. He also participated in SM Entertainment's project group, SM the Ballad, for the release of two EP albums.
SM Entertainment (Korean: SM엔터테인먼트) is a South Korean entertainment company established in 1995 by Lee Soo-man. It is currently one of the largest entertainment companies in South Korea. The company operates as a record label, talent agency, music production company, event management and concert production company, and music publishing house.
Lee Tae-min, better known mononymously as Taemin, is a South Korean singer and actor. He debuted as a member of the South Korean boy band Shinee in May 2008 and the supergroup SuperM in 2019, both under SM Entertainment, and has subsequently been labeled by media outlets as the "Idol's Idol" due to the large number of idols citing him as an inspiration. As an actor, Taemin's first role was as Junsu in the 2009 MBC comedy Hilarious Housewives.
Shinee World was the first independent concert tour by South Korean boy group Shinee. The tour kicked off in Tokyo on December 26, 2010, and ended in Osaka on November 25, 2011, with a total of 10 concerts in seven cities. It attracted audiences of approximately 110,000.

Richardson, Adien Lewis and Angélique Cinélu, with lyrics written by Seo Ji-eum. It was released on October 16, 2017, through SM Entertainment as the album's lead single. "Move" is a sultry, bass-driven pop R&B song that has been praised by critics for its blurring of gender boundaries. SuperM is a South Korean supergroup formed in 2019 by SM Entertainment and Capitol Music Group. The group consists of seven members from four SM Entertainment boy bands: Taemin from Shinee, Baekhyun and Kai from Exo, Taeyong and Mark from NCT 127, Ten from WayV, and Lucas, who is a former NCT and WayV member. The group debuted on October 4, 2019, with their self-titled EP, which entered the US Billboard 200 at number one, making SuperM the first Asian artist in history to top the chart with a debut release. BPM Entertainment (Korean: 빅플래닛메이드), also known as Big Planet Made, is a South Korean entertainment company established in 2021. Co-founded by rapper MC Mong and Duble Sidekick member Park Jang-geun, it is a subsidiary of the company One Hundred. BPM has a strategic alliance with Swing Entertainment, a subsidiary of CJ ENM, and Million Market, another subsidiary of One Hundred.

Metamorph is the fifth concert tour by South Korean singer Taemin, in support of his fourth Korean EP, Guilty. It began on December 16, 2023, at the Inspire Arena in Incheon. It was the first standalone concert to be held at the venue, and received attention for its innovative stage production, which featured the first 360-degree rotating platform to be used in a South Korean concert. Additional performances were held in Japan in March 2024.
