Seven segments of the historic Natchez Trace are listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). Also there are additional NRHP-listed structures and other sites along the Natchez Trace, which served the travelers of the trace and survive from the era of its active use.

Povey Brothers Studio, also known as Povey Brothers Art Glass Works or Povey Bros. Glass Co., was an American producer of stained glass windows based in Portland, Oregon. The studio was active from 1888 to 1928. As the largest and best known art glass company in Oregon, it produced windows for homes, churches, and commercial buildings throughout the West. When the firm was founded in 1888, it was the only creative window firm in Portland, then a city of 42,000 residents.
The Arcola Presbyterian Church is a historic Presbyterian church in Arcola, Louisiana, United States. It was built in 1859 and is of the Greek Revival architectural style. It is owned by the Amite–Arcola Presbyterian Church in Amite, Louisiana. The five-acre property was dedicated in 1859 by John Corkern and John Leonard to promote "Christianity, morality and education under the jurisdiction of the Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church South."

It is located Along Springridge Road, about 6.5 miles (10.5 km) southwest of Enterprise and about 4 miles (6.4 km) north of Aimwell. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.
St. Gabriel Catholic Church is a church parish in St. Gabriel, Louisiana known to have its origins all the way back to 1761. It is noted as the oldest still standing church in the entirety of the Louisiana Purchase. The church parish includes a main church and the Sacred Heart Chapel in the neighborhood of Carville, Louisiana. The church is part of the Diocese of Baton Rouge and its current pastor is Father Charlie Landry. The old parish church building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on November 27, 1972.
