Guimaras, officially the Province of Guimaras, is an island province in the Philippines located in the Western Visayas region. The capital is Jordan, while the largest local government unit is the municipality of Buenavista. The province is situated in Panay Gulf, between the islands of Panay and Negros. To the northwest is the city and province of Iloilo and to the southeast is Negros Occidental. The whole island is part of the Metro Iloilo–Guimaras, one of the twelve metropolitan areas of the Philippines.

Iloilo's 2nd congressional district is one of the five congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Iloilo. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the municipalities of Alimodian, Leganes, Leon, New Lucena, Pavia, San Miguel, Santa Barbara and Zarraga. Until 1995, it previously included the former sub-province of Guimaras, which became a separate province in 1992. Prior to its second dissolution in 1972, it was composed of Iloilo City, the southern Iloilo municipalities of Leganes and Pavia, and the sub-province of Guimaras. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Michael B. Gorriceta of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
Abra's at-large congressional district refers to the lone congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Abra. Abra has been represented in the country's various national legislatures since 1898. The first congressional delegation consisted of two members in the First Philippine Republic legislature known as the Malolos Congress. Since 1919 when it was re-established as a regular province separate from Ilocos Sur, Abra has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives of the Philippines, elected provincewide at-large, except for a brief period between 1943 and 1944 when it was again represented by two members in the National Assembly of the Second Philippine Republic. From 1978 to 1984, all provinces were converted into multi-seat regional at-large districts for the Interim Batasang Pambansa of the Fourth Philippine Republic, with Abra forming part of the twelve-seat Region I's at-large district. It was restored as a single-member district in 1984.
Occidental Mindoro's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Occidental Mindoro. Also known as Occidental Mindoro's lone district, it has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1952. It first elected a representative provincewide at-large for the 2nd Congress of the Third Philippine Republic following the dissolution of the old Mindoro province under Republic Act No. 505 on June 13, 1950. It has remained a single-member district even under the Fourth Philippine Republic parliament known as the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986.

It was represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines 1961 until 2022. Southern Leyte first elected a single representative provincewide at-large representative for the 5th Congress of the Third Philippine Republic following its creation as a regular province separate from Leyte under Republic Act No. 2227 on May 22, 1959. Before 1959, its territory was represented as part of Leyte's at-large, 2nd and 3rd districts. Between 1978 and 1984, multi-seat regional delegations were formed in lieu of provinces for the Fourth Philippine Republic parliament known as the Interim Batasang Pambansa, with Southern Leyte forming part of the ten-seat Region VIII's at-large district. It was restored as a single-member district in 1984.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987 and earlier in the Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. Aurora first elected a single representative provincewide at-large for the Regular Batasang Pambansa following its creation as a regular province separate from Quezon in 1978 and the subsequent 1984 Philippine constitutional plebiscite that amended the 1973 constitution and abolished the regional at-large assembly districts. Before 1978, the province was represented in the national legislatures as part of Quezon's 1st and at-large congressional districts. The district was re-created on February 2, 1987 following the ratification of the 1987 constitution that restored the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Rommel T. Angara of the Laban ng Demokratikong Pilipino (LDP).

It was created ahead of the 1969 Philippine House of Representatives elections following the separation of the island from Misamis Oriental to form its own province in 1966. The province has been represented in the country's national legislatures since 1984. It first elected a representative provincewide at-large during the 1984 Philippine parliamentary election following the restoration of provincial and city district representation in the Batasang Pambansa where Tawi-Tawi had previously been included in the regionwide representation of Western Mindanao for the interim parliament. The province, created by the 1973 separation of the Tawi-Tawi island group from Sulu, was formerly represented as part of that province's at-large district in earlier legislatures. Since the 1987 restoration of Congress following the ratification of a new constitution, Tawi-Tawi has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Dimszar M. Sali of the National Unity Party (NUP).
Biliran's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Biliran. It was created ahead of the 1995 Philippine House of Representatives elections following its conversion into a regular province under the 1991 Local Government Code which was ratified in a 1992 plebiscite concurrent with that year's general election. Biliran had been a sub-province of Leyte since 1959 and was last represented as part of Leyte's 3rd district in the House of Representatives from 1987 to 1995 and earlier from 1961 to 1972, the multi-member Region VIII's at-large district in the Interim Batasang Pambansa from 1978 to 1984, and the multi-member Leyte's at-large district in the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Gerardo Espina Jr. of Lakas–CMD.
