Gustav Adolf Land is the land area of the southwestern part of Nordaustlandet, Svalbard, south of Wahlenbergfjorden. The area is named after Gustaf VI Adolf of Sweden. [1] [2]

Wahlenbergfjorden, sometimes known in English as Waalenburg Bay, is a fjord on the southwest coast of the Arctic island of Nordaustlandet, in Norway's Svalbard archipelago. At 46 kilometres (29 mi) in length, and 15 km (9.3 mi) wide, it is the fifth longest fjord in the archipelago, and the longest on the island. The fjord separates Gustav V Land in the north from Gustav Adolf Land in the south, at geographical co-ordinates 79°40′N20°00′E. Its mouth faces Spitsbergen across Hinlopen Strait, the strait separating the two islands.
Haakon VII Land is a land area at the northwestern part of Spitsbergen, Svalbard, between Woodfjorden and Kongsfjorden.

Nordenskiöld Land is the land area between Isfjorden and Van Mijenfjorden on Spitsbergen, Svalbard. The area is named after Finnish-Swedish explorer and geologist Nils Adolf Erik Nordenskiöld. The coastal region of Nordenskiöld Land (Nordenskiøldkysten) has been identified as an Important Bird Area (IBA) by BirdLife International because it supports breeding populations of barnacle geese and common eiders.

Limited in the south by a line from Woodfjorden through Vonbreen to Holtedahlfonna eastwards to the upper part of Abrahamsenbreen through Ruskbreen, Millarpasset, Lisbetbreen and Vestfjorddalen to Vestfjorden.
Gustav V Land is a land area comprising the peninsula on the northwestern part of Nordaustlandet, Svalbard in Arctic Norway. It constitutes roughly one quarter of the island's area, approximately 4000 km2, being some 80 km wide east–west and 85 km north–south, connected to the rest of the island by a 22-km-wide isthmus in the southeast. The peninsula is bordered to the south by Wahlenbergfjorden, to the west by Hinlopen Strait and Hinlopenrenna, to the north by Nordkappsundet, and to the east by Nordenskiöldbukta and Rijpfjorden. Gustav Adolf Land is to the south and Prins Oscars Land is to the east. The boundary of Gustav V Land passes through Rijpdalen and Flaumdalen to Winsnesbreen in the east, continues further southwest to Brånevatnet, and thence follows the river from Brånevatnet to the sea at Bodleybukta. The highest elevation is 630 metres (2,070 ft) on the glacier Vestfonna, which covers large parts of the land.
Prins Oscars Land is a land area constituting mainly Platenhalvøya, a peninsula between Rijpfjorden in the west and Duvefjorden with Fortherbyfjorden and Innvika on Nordaustlandet, Svalbard in Arctic Norway. Bordering Gustav V Land to the west, Gustav Adolf Land to the south, Orvin Land and Austfonna to the east. Limit over land through Rijpdalen and Flaumdalen in the west, to Winsnesbreen in the south, the lower part of Austfonna, through Fonndalen and Innvikdalen to the east.
Vegafonna is an ice cap in Gustav Adolf Land on Nordaustlandet in the Svalbard archipelago. It is located on the peninsula Scaniahalvøya, between the bay Palanderbukta to the north and Torellneset to the south. The glacier is named after the vessel SS Vega. Further west on the peninsula is the ice cap Glitnefonna.
Glitnefonna is an ice cap in Gustav Adolf Land on Nordaustlandet in the Svalbard archipelago. It is located on the peninsula Scaniahalvøya, west of the glacier Vegafonna, between the bay Palanderbukta to the northeast and Hinlopen Strait to the southwest. The glacier is named after the god hall Glitnir from Norse mythology.

Vibebukta is a bay at the shore of Nordaustlandet, Svalbard. The bay is named after hydrographer Andreas Vibe. It lies between Gustav Adolf Land and the glacier Bråsvellbreen. The twenty nautical miles wide glacier front of Bråsvellbreen, between Vibebukta and Kervelbukta, exhibited a huge surge in the 1930s.
Svartknausflya is a coastal plain in Gustav Adolf Land in Nordaustlandet, Svalbard. The length of the plain is about 21 kilometers. West of the plain is Rosenthalbreen, and to the east is Vibebukta and Bråsvellbreen.
Torellneset is a headland at the southwestern side of Nordaustlandet, Svalbard. The headland is named after geologist Otto Martin Torell. It is located south of the glacier Vegafonna and is the southwestern point of Gustav Adolf Land. Outside the headland is the island of Perthesøya.
Selanderneset is a headland in Gustav Adolf Land at Nordaustlandet, Svalbard. It is located south of Gyldénøyane, at the southern side of the mouth of Wahlenbergfjorden. The headland is named after Swedish astronomer Nils Haquin Selander.
Sparreneset is a headland in Gustav V Land at Nordaustlandet, Svalbard. It is located south of the mouth of Murchisonfjorden, about five nautical miles north of Dolomittøyane and extends about one nautical mile into Hinlopen Strait. The headland is named after Swedish politician Gustaf Adolf Vive Sparre.
Rosenthalbreen is a glacier in Gustav Adolf Land in Nordaustlandet, Svalbard. It is named after German shipowner and expedition organizer Friedrich Wilhelm Albert Rosenthal. The glacier is an outlet from Vegafonna. It borders to the coastal plain of Svartknausflya, and drains into the sea east of Torellneset, into the bay Ulvebukta of Hinlopen Strait.
Palanderisen is a glaciated area in Gustav Adolf Land at Nordaustlandet, Svalbard. It has an extension of about 35 kilometers and is part of the ice cap of Austfonna, located west of the Sørdomen ice dome, between Etonbreen and Ericadalen. The area is named after Arctic explorer Louis Palander. It includes Sørfonna.
Rudshøgda is a settlement in Ringsaker in Hedmark, Norway. It is located between Moelv and Brumunddal. From 1914 to 1994, the area was served by Rudshøgda Railroad Station on the Dovre Line. During the 1980s there were plans to build an airport at Rudshøgda.
