The Italy women's national artistic gymnastics team represents Italy in FIG international competitions.
Italy has participated in the Olympic Games women's team competition 14 times. It has won two medals, both silver in 1928 and 2024. [1] The team has also won two medals at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, a bronze in both 1950 and 2019. [2] They won the team gold at the 2006, 2022, and 2024 European Championships.
At the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, Alice D'Amato became the first Italian female artistic gymnast to win an Olympic gold medal after winning one on the balance beam. [3] [4]

Italy competed at the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki, Finland. 231 competitors, 208 men and 23 women, took part in 114 events in 19 sports.
Vanessa Ferrari is a retired Italian artistic gymnast. She was the 2006 World All-Around Champion and competed for Italy at the 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2020 Summer Olympics, winning a silver medal on floor exercise in 2020. In doing so, Ferrari became the first Italian to win an individual Olympic medal in Women's Artistic Gymnastics, and the first medallist for the Italian women's team since the 1928 Summer Olympics. She is a five-time World medallist and eight-time European medallist, and is currently the most decorated Italian gymnast of all time.
Monica Roberta Bergamelli is a former Italian artistic gymnast who represented Italy at the 2000, 2004, and 2008 Olympic Games. She was a member of the Italian team that won the gold medal at the 2006 European Championships.
The 2015 City of Jesolo Trophy was the eighth edition of the City of Jesolo Trophy competition and was held March 25–29, 2015 at the SGA Gymnasium Treviso in Jesolo, Italy. Teams from Italy, the United States, Canada, Australia and France competed at the event.

Lara Mori is a former Italian artistic gymnast who represented Italy at the 2020 Summer Olympics. She is the 2018 Mediterranean Games champion in the all-around, on the floor exercise, and with the Italian team. She is the 2019 Summer Universiade silver medalist on the balance beam and bronze medalist with the team.
Giorgia Villa is an Italian artistic gymnast. She was a member of the teams that won silver at the 2024 Olympic Games and bronze at the 2019 World Championships. Additionally, she was part of the gold-winning teams at both the 2022 Mediterranean Games and the 2022 European Championships. Individually, she is the 2018, 2020, and 2021 Italian national champion, the 2018 Youth Olympic champion, and the 2018 European junior all-around and beam champion. She is also a member of the Italian national team.
Elisa Iorio is an Italian artistic gymnast. She was a member of the historic teams that won silver at the 2024 Olympic Games and bronze at the 2019 World Championships. Additionally she was part of the gold medal winning team at the 2024 European Championships, where she also won silver on the uneven bars.
Asia D'Amato is an Italian artistic gymnast. She represented Italy at the 2020 Olympic Games. She was a member of the teams that won bronze at the 2019 World Championships and gold at the 2022 European Championships. Individually she is the 2021 World vault silver medalist, the 2022 European all-around champion and vault silver medalist, the 2019 and 2020 Italian national champion, and the 2018 Junior European vault champion. She is a member of the Italian National Team and is the twin sister of Alice D'Amato.
Alice D'Amato is an Italian artistic gymnast. She represented Italy at the 2020 and 2024 Olympic Games. Individually she is the 2024 Olympic balance beam champion. On the uneven bars she is the 2023 and 2024 European champion, the 2022 European silver medalist, and the 2019 European bronze medalist. Additionally she is a two-time European all-around medalist. She was a member of the teams that won silver at the 2024 Olympic Games, bronze at the 2019 World Championships, and gold at the 2022 and 2024 European Championships. She is the twin sister of Asia D'Amato.

Martina Maggio is an Italian artistic gymnast. She represented Italy at the 2020 Olympic Games. She was also the alternate for the team who won bronze at the 2019 World Championships in Stuttgart. Lavinia Marongiu is a retired Italian artistic gymnast.
Manila Esposito is an Italian artistic gymnast. She was a member of the silver medal winning team at the 2024 Olympic Games where she also won a bronze medal on the balance beam. She is the 2024 European all-around champion as well as the 2024 European balance beam and floor exercise champion.
