Aprilia is an Italian motorcycle manufacturer founded immediately after World War II in Noale, Italy by Alberto Beggio. The company started as a manufacturer of bicycles and moved on to manufacture scooters and small-capacity motorcycles. In more recent times Aprilia has produced large sportbikes such as the 1,000 cc V-twin RSV Mille and the V4 RSV4.
Massimiliano "Max" Biaggi is an Italian former professional Grand Prix motorcycle road racing World Champion and winner of the 2010 and 2012 World Superbike Championship. Throughout his racing career, he has won the 250cc World Championship four consecutive times, and finished as runner-up in both the 500cc and MotoGP championships. In 2007 he switched to the World Superbike Championship, finishing third overall as a rookie and earned his first Superbike World Championship in 2010 becoming only the second European from outside the United Kingdom after Raymond Roche to do so. Biaggi announced his retirement from racing on 7 November 2012.
Marco Melandri is an Italian former motorcycle road racer. After winning the 2002 250 cc World Championship, he competed in the MotoGP class from 2003 to 2010, claiming five wins and finishing second overall in 2005.
Manuel Poggiali is a Grand Prix motorcycle road racing World Champion from San Marino. He was the 2001 125cc World Champion, and the 2003 250cc World Champion. He scored 12 race wins, 11 pole positions, and 35 podium finishes.

Haruchika Aoki is a former Grand Prix motorcycle road racer. He was a two-time F.I.M. 125cc world champion. He is the youngest of three Aoki brothers who have competed in motorcycle Grand Prix races.
Scott Christopher Redding is a British motorcycle racer and former MotoGP rider. In 2019, he competed in the British Superbike Championship riding a Ducati Panigale V4 for Paul Bird's PBM team. He won the championship on his first attempt.
Alessandro "Sandro" Cortese is a German motorcycle racer, currently competing in the World Superbike Championship aboard a Yamaha R1. Cortese won his first world title in the Moto3 class, in 2012., and his second in the Supersport World Championship, in 2018. He lives in Berkheim, Germany.
Paolo Casoli is a former Italian Grand Prix motorcycle road racer. His best year in Grands Prix was in 1987, when he won the 125cc Portuguese Grand Prix and finished in third place in the 125cc world championship. From 1994 to 1996, Casoli competed in the Superbike World Championship, and in 1997 he won the Supersport World Series, which later became known as the Supersport World Championship. He continued racing in the Supersport class until 2002.
Lorenzo Demetrio Zanetti is an Italian motorcycle racer. He currently races in the CIV Superbike Championship, aboard a Ducati 1199 Panigale.
Michael Ranseder is an Austrian motorcycle racer who participates in motorcycle Grand Prix race. He currently competes in the IDM Superbike Championship.

Danny Kent is a motorcycle racer based in England, best known for winning the 2015 Moto3 World Championship. In doing so he became Great Britain's first Grand Prix solo motorcycle world champion since Barry Sheene in 1977, as well as the first British lightweight class champion since Dave Simmonds in 1969. During 2020 he competed in the British National Superstock 1000 Championship, aboard a Kawasaki ZX-10R.
Hiroki Ono is a Japanese Grand Prix motorcycle racer. He competes in the MFJ All Japan Road Race J-GP2 Championship aboard a Suzuki GSX-R600.
Lorenzo Savadori is an Italian motorcycle racer. He was the Italian 125GP and European 125cc champion in 2008, the FIM Superstock 1000 Cup winner in 2015 and the Italia Superbike (CIV) champion in 2020. In 2021, he competes in the MotoGP class of the Grand Prix Motorcycle World Championship, racing for Aprilia Racing Team Gresini.
Katja Poensgen, is a German former professional motorcycle racer. She is notable for being the first female competitor to qualify for a 250cc Grand Prix race. In 2011, Poensgen was named an FIM Legend for her pioneering Grand Prix racing career.
