Jersey is a census-designated place (CDP) in Licking County, in the U.S. state of Ohio.
Jersey was laid out in 1832, taking its name from Jersey Township. [3] A post office was established at Jersey in 1833, and remained in operation until 1907. [4]

Licking County is a county located in the central portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. At the 2020 census, the population was 178,519. Its county seat is Newark. The county was formed on January 30, 1808, from portions of Fairfield County.

The population was 49,934 at the 2020 census, making it the 18th-largest city in Ohio. It is part of the Columbus metropolitan area.
