Kickxellomycotina are a fungus grouping ^[1] in the subkingdom of Zoopagomyceta Benny, 2007. ^[1]

The name was changed from "Harpellomycotina", because "Kickxellomycotina" had an older stem. ^[2] It came from the genus Kickxella , named after Jean Kickx. ^[3]

Orders include Asellariales, Kickxellales, Dimargaritales, and Harpellales.
