Kota Kasablanka is a mixed-development covering an area of 11.5 hectares (28 acres) at Tebet in Jakarta, Indonesia, which consists of office tower, serviced office suites, shopping center, convention hall and condominium towers. This super-block is developed by PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON). [2] [3]

CasaGrande Residence is the apartment block which has four towers, each has 36 floors namely Mirage, Avalon, Montreal and Montana. There are 3 condominium towers namely Angelo, Bella and Chianti. Prudential Center has serviced office suits, where as there are 2 office towers of 39 and 41 floors. [4]

Kota Kasablanka mall

The mall comprises six floors, the interior design of which is followed by mosaics motifs in the palaces of Morocco. [5] There are 13 anchor tenants: Sogo, Transmart (formerly Carrefour, until their departure from Indonesia in 2020), XXI, Don Don Donki, Amazing Caribbean, Chipmunk, Paperclip, Celebrity Fitness, Wall Street Institute, Ace, Informa, Toy Kingdom, Electronic Solution, Eat & Eat and hundreds of other specialty stores.

The Kasablanka

The Kasablanka is a convention and exhibition center with an area of 6,200 square meters. The Kasablanka is located on the 3rd floor of Kota Kasablanka mall. The Kasablanka has brought concerts to important events, one of which is Barbie Live! Show. Barack Obama, the 44th President of the United States, delivered the keynote address to the Fourth Congress of the Indonesian Diaspora (CID-4) on 1 July 2017 at the Kasablanka Hall. [6]

Bung Karno Sports Arena, formerly named Senayan Sports Arena from 1969 to 2001 and Asian Games Complex on its early days, is a sports complex located in Gelora, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. It is usually misperceived to be located at Senayan, South Jakarta, hence its former name. The sports complex hosts a main stadium, secondary stadium, the Sports Palace, football fields, aquatic stadium, tennis stadiums, hockey, baseball and archery fields, and several indoor gymnasiums. PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk is an Indonesian real estate developer based in Surabaya and the holding company of Pakuwon Group. Pakuwon Group was founded by Alexander Tedja in 1982. This organization centralizes on the construction of shopping centres and office buildings in Surabaya and Jakarta. Pakuwon Jati embodies the superblock concept in Indonesia, a large-scale integrated development in malls, offices, condominiums and hotels. Pakuwon owns and manages shopping centers such as Tunjungan Plaza superblocks, BBD Tower complex office, five-stars Sheraton Surabaya Hotel, Condominium and Laguna Indah real estate, as well as several industrial estates located in Surabaya metropolitan area. On August 22, 1989, Pakuwon obtained an effective statement from Bapepam-LK to conduct an initial public offering (IPO). These shares were listed on the Surabaya Stock Exchange and the Jakarta Stock Exchange on October 9, 1989.

The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia is part of the worldwide pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2. It was confirmed to have spread to Indonesia on 2 March 2020, after a dance instructor and her mother tested positive for the virus. Both were infected from a Japanese national.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Indonesia large-scale social restrictions</span> Restrictions during COVID-19 pandemic

Large-scale social restrictions or LSSR was a health and public movement restriction issued by the Indonesian government in response to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic from spreading. The restrictions were implemented by local government with the approval of the Ministry of Health. It includes measures such as closing public places, schools, restricting public transport, and limiting travel from and to the restricted areas. On 7 January 2021, the Ministry of Home Affairs decreed the rename of the measure in Java and Bali into the Community Activities Restrictions Enforcement or CARE.

The 36th Indonesian Film Festival ceremony took place on 6 November 2016 at the Teater Jakarta in Jakarta, Indonesia, to honor the achievement in Indonesian cinema of 2016. It was hosted by comedians Pandji Pragiwaksono and Ernest Prakasa and broadcast on RCTI. Beginning with this ceremony, Best Theme Song, was introduced to honour achievement in music.
