La Haye (French pronunciation: [laɛ] ) is a commune in the department of Manche, northwestern France. The municipality was established on 1 January 2016 by merger of the former communes of La Haye-du-Puits (the seat), Baudreville, Bolleville, Glatigny, Mobecq, Montgardon, Saint-Rémy-des-Landes, Saint-Symphorien-le-Valois and Surville. Manche is bordered by Ille-et-Vilaine and Mayenne to the south, Orne and Calvados to the east, the English Channel to the west and north and by sharing maritime borders with the Crown Dependencies of Bailiwick of Jersey and Bailiwick of Guernsey of the United Kingdom to the west.
