List of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield properties

The following is a list of properties owned by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, a European commercial real estate company with assets in Europe and North America. Their portfolio includes a number of Westfield-branded shopping centres in the United Kingdom and United States that were originally owned by the Westfield Group, and spun-off into the Westfield Corporation in 2014 before merging with Unibail-Rodamco in 2018. [1] From September 2019, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield will introduce the Westfield brand to eight operating flagship properties with two properties under development. [2]

In April 2022, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield announced plans to reduce its United States portfolio significantly in the coming years. Since the announcement, the company has reduced its portfolio from 24 properties to 16. [12]

The mall was developed by the Frogue Corporation, and was the first U.S. acquisition by Australian mall operator Westfield Group in 1977. Ownership and management were transferred to the Westfield Corporation in 2014, and to Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in 2018. It has 1,130,690 square feet (105,045 m2) of gross leasable area. In early 2023, it was sold to Namdar Realty Group. The mall features the traditional retailers Macy's, JCPenney, and Target.

It was founded with the spin-off of the Westfield Group in 2014, where assets in Australia and New Zealand formed the Scentre Group and assets in the United Kingdom and United States formed the Westfield Corporation. It was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange with the ticker symbol "WFD".

Westfield Mall of Scandinavia is a shopping mall located in Solna in Stockholm, Sweden. It was inaugurated on November 12, 2015, and is the fourth largest mall in the Nordic countries with 168 stores, many of them with double-height storefronts up to 8 m (26 ft) tall. 50,000 shoppers showed up to the opening of the mall. About 20-25% of the leasable area is dedicated to experiences, there are 44 restaurants and a 15 screen multiplex with the first purpose-built commercial IMAX theatre in the Nordic region. The shopping mall has 3,700 parking spaces and a retail gross leasable area of 101,048 m2 (1,087,670 sq ft). The building also house an additional 42,000 m2 (450,000 sq ft) of office space and condominiums.

Westfield Chodov, previously known as Centrum Chodov, is a shopping center in the Chodov district of Prague, Czech Republic. It is located near the metro station of the same name, between the streets U Kunratického lesa, Roztylská and the D1 motorway towards Brno. Westfield Chodov is the largest shopping center in the Czech Republic with 300 shops, and the retail floor area is 100.000 m2, the second largest in the country behind shopping centre Letňany. The owner of Westfield Chodov is the company Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. It was built in 2005, with a major expansion occurred in 2017. It receives 13 million customers annually, employing approximately 8,000 people.

Westfield Mall of the Netherlands is a shopping mall located in Leidschendam in the Netherlands. With a total retail floor area of 117,000 m2 (1,260,000 sq ft) it is the largest shopping mall in the Netherlands.

The Kroenke Warner Center complex in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, United States is a mixed-use complex consisting of an open-air shopping center with a proposed expansion to include restaurants, hotels and residences, along with a training facility for the Los Angeles Rams, an NFL football team. The 100-acre complex (40 ha) was assembled from a vacant shopping mall, an abandoned corporate office building, and Toganga Village, an open-air lifestyle and retail destination.
