Blue Air was a Romanian low-cost airline headquartered in Bucharest, with its former hub at Henri Coandă International Airport. It was the largest Romanian airline by scheduled passengers flown. In 2017, Blue Air carried over 5 million passengers, a 40% increase over the 3.6 million passengers flown the previous year. As of September 2022, Blue Air served 75 scheduled destinations in 21 countries.

Dedeman is a hypermarket chain with 100% Romanian capital offering home improvement and do-it-yourself goods. The motto is "Dedicat planurilor tale", which translates "Dedicated to your plans". It is based in Bacău and operates 59 stores in the country. Dedeman was created in 1992, by two brothers Adrian and Dragoș Pavăl.

Romstrade is a construction company based in Bucharest, Romania which specialises in building construction and civil engineering, infrastructure construction, and facility management. In 2009 Romstrade was the largest construction company in Romania with a revenue of €268 million.

Centura București, sometimes referred to as the DNCB, is a national-class road in Romania, circling the capital city of Bucharest. It is not to be mistaken with the planned Bucharest Ring Motorway, which will encircle the city at a further distance.
