Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport is an airport serving Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu Province, China. It is located 71 kilometres (44 mi) northwest of downtown Lanzhou. It was opened in 1970 and serves as a major air hub for the province of Gansu and western China. There are eight gates served by aerobridges in the terminal. A new larger Terminal 2 is located to the South, adjacent to the existing terminal. The new terminal adds nine aerobridges.

The Baoji–Lanzhou high-speed railway is a high-speed railway operated by China Railway High-speed between Baoji in western Shaanxi province and Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu province. The railway cut the rail travel between Baoji and Lanzhou from five hours to one hour and a half. It connects with the Xi'an–Baoji high-speed railway to the east and the Lanzhou–Urumqi high-speed railway to the west. The feasibility study report has been approved by the National Development and Reform Commission. The construction work was expected to start in the first half of 2011, but it actually started in October 2012. The line started operations on July 9, 2017.

Dongcha railway station is a railway station on the Baoji–Lanzhou high-speed railway in Maiji District, Tianshui, Gansu. The station opened on 6 May 2019.

He was the vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Gansu Provincial People's Congress and Communist Party Secretary of Lanzhou. Lu also was the member of 12th National People's Congress. On January 23, 2015, Lu Wucheng was placed under investigation by the Communist Party's anti-corruption agency. He was the first high-ranking politician being examined from Gansu province after the 18th Party Congress in 2012.

Yu Haiyan is a former Chinese official. At the height of his career, he served as the Vice Governor of Gansu and Communist Party Secretary of Lanzhou. On January 11, 2017, Yu was placed under investigation by the Communist Party's anti-corruption agency. He was the second high-ranking politician being examined from Gansu province after the 18th Party Congress in 2012.

32nd Garrison Division was formed in October 1969 from 1st Engineer District, Engineer Troops of Lanzhou Military Region.

Luan Kejun is a former Chinese politician who spent his career in his home province Gansu in northwest China. He entered the workforce in December 1978, and joined the Chinese Communist Party in June 1986. He was investigated by the Chinese Communist Party's anti-graft agency in November 2017. At the height of his career, he served as deputy party chief and mayor of Lanzhou, capital of Gansu province.

Gongxingdun Airport also called Lanzhou Donggang Airport (兰州东岗机场) was an airport in Gongxingdun township, Chengguan District, Lanzhou, Gansu, China. It was the primary airport of Lanzhou from the 1930s to 1970.
