The Longfellow School (also known as the Deniston School) is located at the corner of Monroe Street and McClure Avenue in Swissvale, Pennsylvania. Built in 1902, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 28, 1984. [1]
Erected in 1902, this historic building was in use as residential apartments until February 2012, when residents were evicted based on a determination by the Swissvale Fire Chief that the building had become uninhabitable. [2]

The Langham is a luxury apartment building located at 135 Central Park West on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York City. After the site was unused for more than 15 years, the building was constructed between 1905 and 1907. Built at a cost of US $2 million, the structure included modern amenities, such as ice accessible from every apartment. The building was designed in the French Second Empire style by architects Clinton and Russell. It was listed as a contributing property to the federal government designated Central Park West Historic District on November 9, 1982.
The Drake Court Apartments and the Dartmore Apartments Historic District, built between 1916 and 1921, is located at Jones Street from 20th to 23rd Streets in Midtown Omaha, in the U.S. state of Nebraska. Built in combined Georgian Revival, Colonial Revival and Prairie School styles, the complex was designated a City of Omaha Landmark in 1978; it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a historic district in 1980. The historic district originally included 6.5 acres (2.6 ha) with 19 buildings. In 2014, boundary of the historic district was expanded by 0.74 acres (0.30 ha) include three additional buildings, and decreased by 3 acres (1.2 ha) to remove open space and parking that had been re-purposed, for a new total of 4.24 acres (1.72 ha). The district was also renamed to Drake Court Historic District.

Public School 17 is a historic school located at City Island in the Bronx, New York City. It was designed by architect C. B. J. Snyder (1860–1945) and built in 1897 in the Neo-Georgian style. A rear addition was built in 1930. It is a two-story, five-bay brick building on a high basement. It features a shallow wooden entrance porch with Doric order columns.
Uniontown Downtown Historic District is a national historic district located at Uniontown, Fayette County, Pennsylvania. The district includes 113 contributing buildings and 1 contributing site in the central business district of Uniontown. Most of the contributing buildings were built between 1881 and 1932, and are representative of a number of popular architectural styles including Classical Revival, Moderne, Late Victorian, and Georgian. Twenty-two buildings date between 1811 and 1860. Notable buildings include the Fayette Bank Building (1902), Thompson-Ruby Building (1900), Highland House (1890), State Music Hall (1922), Exchange Hotel (1891), Galltin Apartments (1929), Gallatin Bank Building (1924), Federal Building (1930), Fayette County Courthouse (1892), County Building (1927), Central School (1916), and St. Peter's Episcopal Church (1884).
The Emelie was built in 1902 by German immigrant Frederick Schmid and named for his wife. The building was saved and restored by Browning Day Mullins Dierdorf Architects to serve as the company's corporate headquarters from 1987 to 2003. It is three stories, constructed of red brick and gray limestone. The building also includes a garden level. It is built in the German Renaissance Revival Architecture style. It has fine decorative detailing, totaling 35,000 square feet (3,300 m2). It has also served as an apartment building and commercial space.
The Hickox Apartments is an historic apartment complex located at the corner of 4th and Cook Streets in Springfield, Illinois. The complex consists of five building units built from 1920 to 1929. The buildings represent three of the five major types of Springfield apartments: two- and three-flat row apartments, detached low-rise apartments with a courtyard, and larger suburban-style apartments with a courtyard. The complex, located near the Illinois Executive Mansion in the Aristocracy Hill neighborhood, was the first apartment complex targeted at upper-middle-class families. While Springfield's apartments had typically been seen as lower-class residences, developer Harris Hickox used lavish amenities, a desirable location, and his own social status to draw wealthier residents to his new complex. Hickox also created an air of exclusivity for his apartments by employing domestic staff and lobby guards and defying the local convention of advertising new apartments. The apartments remained a respected and desirable complex through the 1960s, outlasting most of the other luxury apartments which followed its lead.

The Windsor Beach Apartments, historically known as the South Shore Beach Apartments, is a historic apartment building in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The building was constructed in 1927–28, shortly before the Great Depression ended the initial wave of apartment construction in Chicago. Its lakefront location and the relative seclusion of its apartments, with no more than eight per floor, catered to well-off residents. Architect Robert S. De Goyler designed the building; his design blends Moorish elements with the newly popular Art Deco and Moderne styles. The thirteen-story building features patterned brickwork, an arched entrance path, and projecting window bays on its front.
Lake Shore Apartments is a historic apartment building at 470-498 Sheridan Road in Evanston, Illinois. The three-story building was built in 1927. Its location was chosen to provide views of Lake Michigan and relative distance from Evanston's busier commercial areas; to compensate for this, the owners provided residents with transportation to local schools and public transit stations. Architect Roy F. France, who also designed several other Evanston apartment buildings, designed the building in the Georgian Revival style. The building features a brick exterior with terra cotta detailing, projecting bays and bow windows, and an arcade leading to a private courtyard.
The Eller Apartments are a historic apartment building in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The apartments were built in 1922 by Dr. Charles A. Eller (1879–1967), a prominent local dentist, and are believed to be the city's second oldest apartments after the Washington Apartments. The building was designed by Trost & Trost of El Paso and built by E. J. Marchant, the same team who completed the no longer extant Castle Apartments the same year. The apartments were positioned at the luxury end of the market and were home to well-known residents including former Governor Merritt C. Mechem. The building was added to the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties in 1983 and the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
