Low Teens is the eighth studio album by American metalcore band Every Time I Die. It is the band's only release to feature drummer Daniel Davison.

Release

On June 22, 2016, Low Teens was announced for release in September. In addition, "The Coin Has a Say" was made available for streaming. [9] Low Teens was released on September 23 through independent label Epitaph Records. [10] In September and October, the band went on a headlining tour of Canada with support from Knocked Loose and Hollow Earth. [11] In January 2017, the band went on a tour of Australia with Letlive and Counterparts. [12] In May, the band made appearances at the Carolina Rebellion, [13] Northern Invasion [14] and Rock on the Range festivals. [15] In early June, the band performed at Download Festival in the UK, [16] followed by a performance at UNIFY festival in Australia. [17] In July and August, the band went on a co-headlining US tour with Taking Back Sunday. They were supported for the first half by Modern Chemistry and for the second half by All Get Out. [18]

Soundgarden began the recording sessions for the album with new bassist Ben Shepherd in the spring of 1991. The album maintained the band's heavy metal sound, while featuring an increased focus on songwriting compared to the band's previous releases. AllMusic considered the album's music to be "surprisingly cerebral and arty"; alternative tunings and odd time signatures were present on several of the album's songs, and lyrics were intended to be ambiguous and evocative.

For most of the band's career, the line-up was centred on brothers Keith (vocals) and Jordan Buckley (guitar), as well as rhythm guitarist Andy Williams, with bassist Stephen Micciche also being in the band for a cumulative 15 of the bands 24 years. After spending the first decade of their career on the Ferret Music label, they signed with Epitaph Records in 2008 and remained there until their split in early 2022. Every Time I Die released nine studio albums, with their final album Radical being released in October 2021.

The Blackest Beautiful is the third studio album by American rock band Letlive. It was released by Epitaph Records on July 9, 2013. Recorded between June 2012 and January 2013, the album used four drum sessions, and went through ten recording engineers before settling on Stephen George. The drums were recorded with session musician Christopher Crandall, in the absence of the band having a permanent drummer at the time. The album incorporated a variety of music styles based on its members, including punk rock, funk, and soul; it was mastered and mixed to have a "more human" and "organic" sound.

Sleepwave is a rock band based out of St. Petersburg, Florida. It was founded in 2013 by vocalist Spencer Chamberlain after the dissolution of Underoath. Chamberlain brought in longtime friend Stephen Bowman, and the band signed with Epitaph Records. Shortly after, the duo announced their debut album, Broken Compass. Their song, "Through the Looking Glass", peaked at number 37 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart following its release in July 2014.

XI is the eleventh studio album by American heavy metal band Metal Church. It was released on March 25, 2016, and is the band's first album in 23 years to feature vocalist Mike Howe. XI was considered a comeback for both Metal Church and Howe since the latter's hiatus from the music industry following the band's first breakup in 1996; the album received generally positive reviews, and was their first studio album since 1989's Blessing in Disguise to enter the Billboard 200 chart, where it peaked at number 57, the band's highest chart position in their career. This is also Metal Church's final album with drummer Jeff Plate, who left the band almost exactly a year after its release.

The discography of Every Time I Die, an American metalcore band, consists of nine studio albums, two extended plays (EPs), two video albums and 15 music videos. Founded in Buffalo, New York in 1998, Every Time I Die was formed by vocalist Keith Buckley, guitarists Jordan Buckley and Andy Williams, bassist John McCarthy and drummer Mike "Ratboy" Novak. After releasing EP The Burial Plot Bidding War in 2000, the band replaced McCarthy with Aaron Ratajczak and released its debut full-length album Last Night in Town on Ferret Music in 2001. Stephen Micciche became the group's third bassist in 2001, performing on the band's second album Hot Damn! released in 2003.
