Makati's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Makati. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1998. [3] The district consists of barangays in western Makati, namely Bangkal, Bel-Air, Carmona, Dasmariñas, Forbes Park, Kasilawan, La Paz, Magallanes, Olympia, Palanan, Pio del Pilar, Poblacion, San Antonio, San Isidro, San Lorenzo, Santa Cruz, Singkamas, Tejeros, Urdaneta, and Valenzuela. [4] It is also the location of the Makati Central Business District. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Romulo Peña Jr. of the Liberal Party (LP). [5]

Manila's 5th congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Manila. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of barangays 649 to 828 in the south Manila districts of Ermita, Intramuros, Malate, Port Area, San Andres and south Paco bordering the adjacent cities of Makati and Pasay. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by William Irwin C. Tieng of Asenso Manileño and Lakas–CMD.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the western Rizal municipalities of Angono, Binangonan, Cainta and Taytay. It is presently the largest legislative district in the country in terms of population. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Michael John R. Duavit of the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC).
Tarlac's 1st congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Tarlac. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the northern Tarlac municipalities of Anao, Camiling, Mayantoc, Moncada, Paniqui, Pura, Ramos, San Clemente, San Manuel and Santa Ignacia. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Reynolds Michael Tan of the Lakas–CMD.
Pangasinan's 3rd congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Pangasinan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the city of San Carlos and adjacent municipalities of Bayambang, Calasiao, Malasiqui, Mapandan and Santa Barbara. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Maria Rachel Arenas of the Lakas–CMD.
Batangas's 4th congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Batangas. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of the eastern Batangas municipalities of Ibaan, Padre Garcia, Rosario, San Jose, San Juan, and Taysan. The city of Lipa was also part of this district until it was granted its own representation as the sixth district effective 2016. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Lianda B. Bolilia of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
Antipolo's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Antipolo and one of four in the province of Rizal. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2004. The district consists of the eastern Antipolo barangays of Calawis, Cupang, Dalig, Inarawan, San Jose, San Juan, San Luis and San Roque. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Romeo Acop of the National Unity Party (NUP).
Makati's 2nd congressional district is one of the congressional districts of the Philippines in the cities of Makati and Taguig. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1998. It is one of the two districts comprising Makati and, following the Makati–Taguig boundary dispute, as one of the three districts comprising Taguig. The district consists of eastern Makati barangays of Guadalupe Nuevo, Guadalupe Viejo, and Pinagkaisahan, along with the northwestern Taguig barangays of Cembo, Comembo, East Rembo, Pembo, Pitogo, Post Proper Northside, Post Proper Southside, Rizal, South Cembo and West Rembo, collectively known as the Embo barangays that were part of Makati until 2023. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Luis Jose Angel Campos Jr. of the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC).
Parañaque's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Parañaque. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2004. The districts consists of the western Parañaque barangays of Baclaran, Don Galo, La Huerta, San Dionisio, San Isidro, Santo Niño, Tambo, and Vitalez bordering Las Piñas and Pasay. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Edwin Olivarez of the Lakas–CMD.

The districts consists of the eastern Parañaque barangays of BF Homes, Don Bosco, Marcelo Green, Merville, Moonwalk, San Antonio, San Martin de Porres and Sun Valley. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Gustavo Tambunting of the National Unity Party (NUP).
Marikina's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Marikina. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2007. The district was created in 2006 following the passage of Republic Act No. 9364 which amended the 1996 Marikina City Charter. It consists of the southern Marikina barangays of Barangka, Calumpang, Industrial Valley Complex, Jesus de la Peña, Malanday, San Roque, Santa Elena, Santo Niño and Tañong. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Maan Teodoro of the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA).
Bulacan's 3rd congressional district is one of the seven congressional districts in the province of Bulacan, Philippines. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of municipalities in northern and eastern Bulacan, namely Doña Remedios Trinidad, San Ildefonso, San Miguel, and San Rafael. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Lorna Silverio of the National Unity Party (NUP).
San Jose del Monte's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the city of San Jose del Monte and one of seven in the province of Bulacan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 2004. San Jose del Monte first elected a single representative city-wide at-large for the 13th Congress following the passage of Republic Act No. 9230 in 2003 which amended the 2000 San Jose del Monte City Charter. Before 2004, the city was represented in the nation's lower house as part of Bulacan's 4th, Bulacan's 2nd, Bulacan's at-large and Region III's at-large districts. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Florida P. Robes of the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) and Arangkada San Joseño (AR).
Isabela's 1st congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Isabela. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of the capital city of Ilagan and the northern municipalities of Cabagan, Delfin Albano, Divilacan, Maconacon, San Pablo, Santa Maria, Santo Tomas and Tumauini. The municipality of Palanan was part of this district until it was redistricted to the 2nd district, effective in 2019. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Antonio T. Albano of the Lakas–CMD.
Rizal's 3rd congressional district is one of the four congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Rizal. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 2022. The district consists of the north-western municipality of San Mateo. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Jose Arturo "Jojo" S. Garcia, Jr. of the Nationalist People's Coalition, who is its first representative since its creation.
