First Universalist Church of Sharpsville is a historic Universalist church located at 131 N. Mercer Avenue in Sharpsville, Mercer County, Pennsylvania, United States. The church was built between 1882 and 1884, and is a richly decorated brick and stone church building in a High Victorian Gothic style. It measures 52 feet by 42 feet and the interior takes the Akron plan. The property includes the parsonage; a two-story Queen Anne style dwelling built in 1888.

The porch was added in 1898.

West Side Sanitarium, also known as West Side Osteopathic Hospital, is a historic sanitarium complex located at West York, York County, Pennsylvania. The complex consists of four buildings: two large medical buildings and two residences. The Sanitarium was originally built as a hotel in 1905, and doubled in size in 1924, with an addition and rear ell. It is a 3+1⁄2-story, Dutch Colonial Revival-style brick-and-frame building with a gambrel roof. It measures approximately 110 feet wide and 31 feet deep. The Nurses' Home and Sanitarium Annex was built in 1924, also in the Dutch Colonial Revival-style. It is a 3+1⁄2-story, 28-foot-wide by 30-foot-deep, frame building, expanded in 1931, with a 4-story rear addition measuring 25 feet wide by 34 feet deep. It features a one-story full-width porch with Tuscan order columns. The Doctors' Home and Dr. Meisenhelder's Home and Office were built in 1905, and are in a vernacular Queen Anne style. They are 2+1⁄2 stories tall with cross-gabled, slate-covered roofs and each measure about 20 feet wide by 40 feet deep. Three of the four buildings are connected via tunnels. The hospital remained in operation until 1962, after which the buildings housed a business college then home to the Aquarian Church of Universal Service.
Eby Shoe Corporation, also known as Fleet-Air Corporation, is a historic factory building complex located at Ephrata, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The property includes three contributing buildings to the listing. Building "A" was built about 1900, and is a four-story, gable roofed brick building with a two-story flat roofed addition. Building "B" was built in 1919-1920, and is a three-story, gable roofed brick building measuring 48 feet wide and 115 feet deep. Building "C" was built in 1923, and is a four-story, steel frame building with a brick exterior. It measures 48 feet wide and 180 feet deep. The Eby Shoe Corporation closed in 1985.
A. B. Hess Cigar Factory, and Warehouses is a historic cigar factory and tobacco warehouse complex located at Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The complex consist of four rectangular red brick buildings, three to five stories tall. They are the R. H. Brubaker Tobacco Warehouse including the Koenig & Co. warehouse, the Franklin H. Bare Tobacco Warehouse, and the A. B. Hess Cigar Factory. The buildings have been converted to residential use.
Linden Grove Pavilion is a historic pavilion located at Coopersburg, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. It was built about 1900, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, rectangular building with textured wooden siding and a slate covered hipped roof in the Queen Anne style. It is 10 bays wide, 60 feet by 40 feet. It was used as an exercise and auction pavilion for animals and machinery, and later as a warehouse.
Continental Stove Works, also known as the Buckwalter Stove Company, is a historic factory complex and national historic district located at Royersford, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It consists of 16 contributing buildings and one structure. The complex was built in two sections: between 1876 and 1924 and 1898 and 1908, some of which are interconnected. They are generally built of brick with stone foundations. One of the oldest buildings was built in 1876-1877, and is a 5 1/2-story, brick warehouse measuring 50 feet wide and 96 feet long. Another was also built in 1876-1877, and is a two-story brick building measuring 39 feet by 50 feet. The office building was also originally built in 1876-1877, and subsequently expanded to its present three-story size by 1923. The complex housed a number of regionally important producers of stoves during the late-19th and early-20th century. After the regional stove manufacturing industry collapsed during the Great Depression, the complex was occupied by a number of warehouses.

Most of the buildings are constructed of brick and reflective of Late Victorian and early 20th-century architectural styles. The churches are St. Mary's Episcopal Church (1904) and Wesley United Methodist Church (1922). Located in the district and separately listed are the Charles S.
