Donegal Mills Plantation is a historic grist mill complex located at East Donegal Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The complex consists of the mill, mansion, miller's house, and bake house. The mill was built in 1775, and is a three-story building. The original section of mansion was built before 1790, and is a two-story, stuccoed stone building with a gable roof. The mansion was expanded about 1820, with a frame kitchen wing, and about 1830, with a stone two-story addition. It features a full-length, two-story, porch supported by five brick and stucco columns. The miller's house was originally built about, and is a 3+1⁄2-story, stuccoed stone building with a gable roof. It was expanded to its present size about 1830. The bake house is a two-story, gable roofed frame building. The property was auctioned in May 2010.

Clear Spring Mill is a historic mill complex located at Franklin Township, York County, Pennsylvania. The complex includes the grist mill, sawmill, and corn crib. The grist mill was built in 1886, and is a 2 1/2-story, heavy timber frame building on a banked sandstone foundation. It has a gambrel roof and three interior levels. The sawmill was built about 1809, and is a one-story timber frame building on a foundation of banked stone, stone piers, and wood posts. It measures 12 feet deep by 40 feet wide, with a rear porch extension. The corncrib was built about 1930.
Spring Grove Farm and Distillery is a historic farm complex and distillery site located at Antrim Township in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, USA. The house was built in 1867, and is a two-story, "T"-shaped, brick dwelling in the Greek Revival style. Also on the property are a contributing two-story, four bay brick building believed to have housed a cooper's shop and residence, brick summer kitchen, brick smoke house, frame pumphouse, large brick end bank barn with a slate roof, frame wagon shed, brick carriage house, stone mill (1803) and the site of the Spring Grove Distillery. The distiller ceased to operate in 1920.

The complex consists of the 2+1⁄2-story stone-and-brick banked mill (1855); 2+1⁄2-story, stucco-over-stone farmhouse ; 1+1⁄2-story, stucco-over-stone, combined smokehouse and spring house ; 2+1⁄2-story, stucco-over-stone tenant house ; stucco-over-stone bank barn ; and the millrace and dam. The mill ceased operation in the 1940s. The mill was built as part of a working farm.

Also on the property are a contributing chicken house and pig sty. It is a family-run mill complex, run by the Gable family for over 175 years.

They are a 2 1/2-story, vernacular Federal brick farmhouse ; stone Pennsylvania bank barn ; a group of stone, brick, and frame outbuildings ; and a stone walled spring. The original land grant to Henry Reiser was in 1725. The farm is 'located' approximately 1/4-mile from the Rieser Mill.
John Gehman Farm is a historic farm complex and national historic district located in Hereford Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. It has seven contributing buildings. They are the 2+1⁄2-story, stone and log Swiss bank house ; stone Pennsylvania bank barn (1806); 2+1⁄2-story, vernacular stone farmhouse, stable, wagon shed, and privy. The Gehman family owned the farm from about 1767 to 1945. They were of German ancestry, originating in the Rhineland-Palatinate region of Germany.
Willow Mill Complex is a complex of historic buildings located at Richboro, Northampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The complex consists of the Shaw-Leedom House and spring house / smoke house and the Howard Sager House, wagon house, and grist mill. The Shaw-Leedom House was built about 1800, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, five bay, stone dwelling with a gable roof in the Federal style. It has a 1+1⁄2-story, two-bay stone wing believed to be the kitchen wing from an earlier house. The adjacent stone spring / smoke house was also built about 1800. The Willow Mill was built in the 1840s, and is a four-story stone building converted to residential use in 1938. The Sager House was built in 1847, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, three bay, ashlar stone building. It has a gable roof with dormers and shed roof "Dutch Stoop" kitchen wing. Associated with it is a two-story, frame wagon house dated to the 19th century.

The mill was built in 1793, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, banked stone structure with a gable roof. Also on the property are the contributing 2+1⁄2-story, stuccoed stone miller's house; a 1-story, stone spring house; a 1-story, stone smoke house; and a 1-story, stone carriage house. The mill remained in continuous operation into the 1940s.
Roger Hunt Mill is a historic grist mill complex located at Downingtown, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The mill was built in 1759, and is a two-story, stone structure with a gambrel roof measuring 30 feet, 6 inches, by 48 feet. It has a one-story frame addition. The main house was built about 1740 and is a two-story, five-bay, stone structure with Georgian design details. The house has a 2+1⁄2-story, stone extension built about 1850. Other contributing buildings are the 2-story, Queen Anne-style carriage house; 2+1⁄2-story, Greek Revival style tenant house ; and 1+1⁄2-story stone miller's house.

Clinger-Moses Mill Complex, also known as Clement's Mill, is a historic mill complex located in West Pikeland Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The property includes the site of two mills, a stone dam, a mill house, stone bank barn, and outbuildings. A former three-story grist mill built in 1860 has been converted to residential use. There is a four-story, three bay by three bay, fieldstone mill building. A five-bay, frame house has been built on the foundations of a former saw mill. The main house was built in 1801, and is a 2 1/2-story, fieldstone dwelling with a gable roof and two-story rear wing.
The Old Red Mill and Mill House are a historic 19th-century mill building and residence on Red Mill Drive in Jericho, Vermont. The mill was built in 1856 and enlarged later in the 19th century, accommodating then state-of-the art grain rollers, and was a prominent local business. The house was built in 1859, and is a good local example of Gothic Revival architecture. The mill is now a museum property of the local Jericho Historical Society. The mill building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972; the listing was expanded to include the house in 1976.
