The Ministry of Communications (Malay : Kementerian Komunikasi) is a ministry of the Government of Malaysia that is responsible for digitalisation, communications, multimedia, radio broadcasting, digital terrestrial television broadcasting, other media broadcasts, information, personal data protection, special affairs, media industry, film industry, domain name, postal, courier, mobile service, fixed service, broadband, digital signature, universal service, international broadcasting, and content.

Tan Sri Tengku Razaleigh bin Tengku Mohd Hamzah is a Malaysian politician who served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Gua Musang from August 1986 to November 2022 and for Ulu Kelantan from August 1974 to August 1986. He is the longest-serving MP to date, serving from 1974 until 2022, for 48 years in a row. He is sometimes referred to as the Father of Malaysian Economic Development for playing a pivotal role in establishing and implementing key foundations and policies in Malaysian economy. Malaysian television broadcasting was introduced on 28 December 1963. Colour television was introduced on 28 December 1978. Full-time colour transmissions were officially inaugurated on New Year's Day 1982. There are currently 16 national free-to-air terrestrial television channels in Malaysia and 3 national pay subscription television operators in Malaysia.

The Malaysian Trades Union Congress, is a national trade union centre in Malaysia. It was formed in 1949 and was originally known as the Malayan Trades Union Council. It then changed its name to the Malayan Trades Union Congress in 1958, and then to its current name with the formation of Malaysia.

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission is a regulatory body whose key role is the regulation of the communications and multimedia industry based on the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission Act 1998, the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, and the Strategic Trade Act 2010. MCMC is similar to the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) in the Philippines. Its role to implement and promote the Government's national policy objectives for the communications and multimedia sector.

Bandar Tun Razak, Jengka formerly known as Bandar Pusat Jengka or Jengka Town Centre is an agricultural town in Maran District, Pahang, Malaysia. Bandar Tun Razak is the centre of the Jengka Triangle which is known as FELDA Jengka. The Jengka Triangle, which is the largest FELDA settlement in Malaysia, is one of the successful examples of the Malaysian government's projects to eradicate poverty among its citizens.

The National Film Development Corporation Malaysia, abbreviated FINAS, is the central government agency and governing body for the film industry of Malaysia. Its role is to regulate economic and commercial matters related to the film industry in Malaysia and responsible for film policies and programs to ensure the economic, cultural and educational development of the Malaysian film industry as well as providing funds to filmmakers and film studios. FINAS is similar to the Film Development Council of the Philippines in the Philippines and Motion Picture Association of America in the United States. In 2013, the corporation was merged with Filem Negara Malaysia (FNM) to form a sole film agency.

The Film Censorship Board of Malaysia is a Malaysian government ministry that vets films. It is under the control of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Since its beginnings in 1995, the Internet in Malaysia has become the main platform for free discussion in the country's otherwise tightly controlled media environment. As of Q1 2017, Malaysia had broadband penetration rates of 103.6% and 81.8%.

Malaysia Film Festival is an annual awards ceremony organized by the Entertainment Journalists Association of Malaysia to honour excellence in Malaysian film. The Tun Razak Exchange, otherwise known as TRX, is a 70-acre development by Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF) in the heart of Kuala Lumpur for international finance and business. The development was named after the second Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Abdul Razak Hussein, due to its location along Jalan Tun Razak. TRX was planned during the era of the sixth Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak and it is a strategic enabler of the Malaysian government's Economic Transformation Programme (ETP).

Malaysia's National Broadband Initiative is a government programme designed to make high-speed Internet accessible and affordable to the country's citizens, with a special emphasis on rural areas, children and the poor. The public-private partnership, announced by Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak on March 24, 2010, combines the efforts of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission and Telekom Malaysia.

The DTT service is officially branded as myFreeview since August 2015, though the legal name of the company remained unchanged A billion MYR deal have been signed with Telekom Malaysia to distribute the services. Bandar Malaysia was a proposed mixed-use transit-oriented development located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This project was to be built at the current Sungai Besi Air Base site over 20 years. It was also planned as a central transport hub connecting high-speed rail to Singapore, Mass Rapid Transit, KTM Komuter, Express Rail Link, and 12 other highways with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of over RM140 billion.

The Exchange 106, formerly known as the TRXSignature Tower, is a 445.5-meter-tall supertall skyscraper in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is the second-tallest building in Malaysia and the third-tallest building in Southeast Asia. It is also the second largest skyscraper in Malaysia by floor area with 453,885 m2 (4,886,000 sq ft). The tower has a net lettable area of 240,000 square metres. It is also the centerpiece of the new Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) financial district.

Tun Dato' Seri Utama Tengku Maimun binti Tuan Mat is a Malaysian lawyer who has served as the 10th Chief Justice of Malaysia since May 2019. She is the first woman to ascend to the highest judicial office of the country.

Awesome TV is a free-to-air Malaysian television channel owned by Awesome Broadcasting Sdn. Bhd.. The channel features first-run local original production and foreign content. Awesome TV started its trial broadcast on 28 July 2020 and full operation started on 3 August 2020. Awesome TV can be viewed for free nationwide via MYTV platform on Channel 112.
