Miss World Philippines 2017 was the seventh edition of the Miss World Philippines pageant. It was held at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines on September 3, 2017. It was the first edition under the new national director, Arnold Vegafria. [1] [2]
At the end of the event, Catriona Gray crowned Laura Lehmann as Miss World Philippines 2017. Three additional titleholders were also crowned at the event which were Teresita Marquez as Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2017, Cynthia Thomalla as Miss Eco Philippines 2017, and Sophia Señoron as Miss Multinational Philippines 2017. Glyssa Perez was named first runner-up, and Zara Carbonell was named second runner-up. [3] [4]
The event was attended by Miss World chairman Julia Morley, Miss World 2016 Stephanie Del Valle, and the Miss World 2016 Continental Queens of Beauty. [5]

Reina Hispanoamericana is an annual beauty pageant celebrating Hispanic heritage, language and culture, started in 1991 as Reina Sudamericana, is based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. Up to 2003 the participants were restricted to the 10 countries in South America; in 2004 participants from Panama and Costa Rica in Central America were invited; and in 2006 participants from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Portugal & Spain joined. In 2007 Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras & United States were added, and the name changed to Reina Hispanoamericana. In 2008, Curaçao and Haiti were added. In 2017, the Philippines, Canada, and Australia were added. In 2023, Indonesia was added.
Emmanuelle Fabienne S. Camcam known professionally as Emmanuelle Vera, is a Filipina singer, actress and beauty pageant titleholder. She won Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2021, and represented the Philippines at Reina Hispanoamericana 2021, finishing as third runner-up.

It was held on October 3, 2021 at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center Hall A in Subic Special Economic and Freeport Zone, Olongapo, Zambales, Philippines. The event was initially scheduled for July 11, 2021. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it moved at least four times; first to July 25, 2021, second to August 8, 2021, third to September 19, 2021, and finally to October 3, 2021. Michelle Daniela Dee crowned Tracy Maureen Perez of Cebu City as her successor at the end of the event.
