The Union of European Football Associations is one of six continental bodies of governance in association football. The current captain of the national team is midfielder Claudia Chiper. Currently ranked 114th by FIFA, the team plays their home games in many different venues all around the country, including Chișinău, Orhei and Tiraspol.
