Northern Samar's 1st congressional district is a congressional district in the province of Northern Samar, Philippines. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. [3] The district covers the province's western half which contains its capital, Catarman, the adjacent municipalities of Allen, Bobon, Lavezares, Lope de Vega, Mondragon, Rosario, San Isidro, San Jose and Victoria, and the San Bernardino Strait island municipalities of Biri, Capul, San Antonio and San Vicente. [4] It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Paul R. Daza of the National Unity Party (NUP). [5]

Manila's 3rd congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Manila. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1949. The district consists of barangays 268 to 394 in the northern Manila districts of Binondo, Quiapo, San Nicolas and Santa Cruz bordering Quezon City and the southern Caloocan and facing the Manila Bay from the San Nicolas side. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Joel R. Chua of Aksyon Demokratiko and Asenso Manileño.

Eastern Samar's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Eastern Samar. Also known as Eastern Samar's lone district, it has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1965. It first elected a representative provincewide at-large for the 6th Congress of the Third Philippine Republic following its creation and that of Northern Samar as regular provinces separate from Samar under Republic Act No. 4221 on June 19, 1965. It has remained a single-member district for the House of Representatives as well as the Fourth Philippine Republic parliament known as the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of the eastern Batangas municipalities of Ibaan, Padre Garcia, Rosario, San Jose, San Juan, and Taysan. The city of Lipa was also part of this district until it was granted its own representation as the sixth district effective 2016. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Lianda B. Bolilia of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
