State Route 14, located in northeastern Ohio, runs from U.S. Route 6/U.S. Route 42/State Route 3 in Downtown Cleveland southeasterly to the Pennsylvania state line near East Palestine; Pennsylvania Route 51 continues southeasterly from there.

State Route 14 Temporary (SR 14T) is a 2.73-mile-long [1] bypass around the city of Salem. SR 14T, a four-lane highway, begins at SR 14, Cleveland – East Liverpool Road, in Mahoning County. SR 14T crosses into Columbiana County and passes under County Route 61 and Goshen Road. SR 14T then has a diamond interchange with US 62 and SR 45. Exit ramps provide access from SR 14T to US 62 west and SR 45 south, and the two highways merge onto the SR 14T right-of-way as it continues past its terminus.
Although the SR 14T designation is unsigned, signs on the road read "TO US 62 / SR 45". The entire route is built to freeway standards with a speed limit of 65 miles per hour (105 km/h).

State Route 14A existed from 1951 to 1984 and followed what has been State Route 14 outside of that period between US 224 and SR 46 (see History section).
Interstate 515 (I-515) was a 20.54-mile-long (33.06 km) spur route of I-15 in the US state of Nevada that ran from the junction of I-15, US 93 and US 95 in Downtown approximately 20 miles (32 km) southeast to just north of Railroad Pass in southeastern Henderson. The freeway connected traffic headed from Boulder City and Henderson to Downtown Las Vegas via a direct, high-speed route, and it ran concurrently with, US 93, and US 95 along its entire length.
State Route 2, formerly known as Inter-county Highway 2 until 1921 and State Highway 2 in 1922, is an east–west highway crossing most of northern Ohio. Its western terminus is at the Indiana state line near Hicksville where the route becomes Indiana State Road 37 which continues to Fort Wayne, Indiana. The eastern terminus of the route is in Painesville Township in Lake County at U.S. Route 20 (US 20).
Interstate 76 (I-76) is an east–west Interstate Highway in the Eastern United States. The highway runs approximately 435.66 miles (701.13 km) from an interchange with I-71 west of Akron, Ohio, east to I-295 in Bellmawr, New Jersey. This route is not contiguous with I-76 in Colorado and Nebraska.
State Route 11 is a north–south freeway in the northeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at U.S. Route 30 in East Liverpool at the West Virginia state line on the Jennings Randolph Bridge over the Ohio River; its northern terminus is at SR 531 in Ashtabula. The route is concurrent with US 30 through East Liverpool and with Interstate 80 (I-80) near Youngstown. The first section of the route to be completed, from Canfield to Austintown, opened in 1969. The entire current route was complete in 1972, and upgraded to a divided highway by 1980.
State Route 18 is an east–west highway in northern Ohio. It is the sixth longest state route in the state. Its western terminus is at the Indiana state line near Hicksville, where the route continues in Indiana as State Road 8, and its eastern terminus is at State Route 91 in Akron.
State Route 3 is a major north–south highway in Ohio which leads from Cincinnati to Cleveland by way of Columbus. It is the second longest state route in Ohio. For this reason, the road is also known as the 3-C Highway, a designation which antedates the Ohio state highway system. It is the only state route to enter all three of Ohio's largest cities, though it has largely been bypassed by Interstate 71 (I-71).
State Route 5 is an east–west state highway in the northeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is at Interstate 76 at its interchange with State Route 44 about 3.5 miles (5.6 km) south of Ravenna, and its eastern terminus is at the Pennsylvania state line northeast of Kinsman; this point is also the western terminus of Pennsylvania Route 58 which begins to the east.
State Route 46 (SR 46) is a north–south state highway in the northeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at State Route 170 in East Palestine, and its northern terminus is at State Route 11 several miles south of State Route 531 in Plymouth Township. In its northernmost portion, from south of Ashtabula to Cortland, Route 46 is a 2-lane highway while running parallel within a few miles to limited-access State Route 11 to the east.
State Route 446 is an east–west state highway in the northeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. The western terminus of SR 446 is at a T-intersection with U.S. Route 224 (US 224) in Canfield, approximately one mile (1.6 km) west of the downtown area. Its eastern terminus is at a Y-intersection with SR 46 about one mile (1.6 km) south of Canfield.
State Route 627 is a 4.76-mile (7.66 km) east–west state highway in Stark County, Ohio. SR 627's western terminus is at a diamond interchange with the US 30/US 62 freeway in southeast Massillon. Its eastern terminus is a diamond interchange with Interstate 77 at I-77 Exit 101 in southern Canton.
State Route 518 is an east–west state highway located entirely in Columbiana County in northeast Ohio. The western terminus of SR 518 is at SR 644 north of Summitville. Its eastern terminus is at the concurrency of U.S. Route 30 (US 30) and SR 45 near West Point.
U.S. Route 220 is a U.S. Highway that is a spur route of US 20. It runs from Rockingham, North Carolina, north to South Waverly, Pennsylvania. In the state of Pennsylvania, the route runs 248 miles (399 km) from the Maryland border in Cumberland Valley Township, Bedford County northeast to an interchange with Interstate 86 (I-86)/New York State Route 17 in South Waverly, Bradford County a short distance south of the New York border. Through the state, US 220 passes through the cities and towns of Bedford, Altoona, State College, Lock Haven, Williamsport, and Towanda. US 220 is concurrent with the entire completed Pennsylvania segment of I-99 between I-70/I-76 in Bedford and near I-80 near Bellefonte. US 220 is also a freeway around Bedford, along the I-80 concurrency between Bellefonte and Mill Hall, between Mill Hall and Jersey Shore, from the western end of Williamsport to near Halls, and near the New York border. The remainder of US 220 in Pennsylvania is mostly a two-lane surface road.
State Route 289 (SR 289) is a 9.93-mile (15.98 km) east–west state highway in the northeastern quadrant of the U.S. state of Ohio. The western terminus of SR 289 is at a diamond interchange with U.S. Route 422 (US 422) and SR 193 in Youngstown. Its eastern terminus is at the Pennsylvania state line just 0.50 miles (0.80 km) east of Lowellville. Continuing east into Pennsylvania after SR 289 ends is locally-maintained Graham Road.
State Route 154 (SR 154) is a 16.27-mile-long (26.18 km) Ohio State Route that runs between Lisbon and the Pennsylvania state line in the US state of Ohio. Some of the highway is listed on the National Highway System. Most of the route is a rural two-lane highway and passes through both farmland and woodland. The highway was first signed in 1923 on a route that is now SR 517 and SR 558. SR 154 was rerouted in 1926 to its current alignment. Two section of the highway was paved in 1929, with the rest of the route was paved in 1933.
U.S. Route 250 (US 250) is a United States Numbered Highway that runs from Sandusky, Ohio to Richmond, Virginia. Within the state of Ohio, the route runs from US 6 in Sandusky to the West Virginia border at Bridgeport.
U.S. Route 20 (US 20) is a United States Numbered Highway that runs from Newport, Oregon, to Boston, Massachusetts. Within the state of Ohio, the route runs from the Indiana border near Edon to the Pennsylvania border at Conneaut. The route passes through rural areas west of Toledo and passes through Public Square in Cleveland. It is one of nine other routes to enter Downtown Cleveland at Public Square, and it serves some of Cleveland's northeastern suburbs.
State Route 225 is a north–south state highway in northeastern Ohio. It stretches for just over 20 miles (32 km) from its southern terminus in northern Alliance where it meets State Route 183 to its northern terminus at State Route 5 opposite the Ravenna Training and Logistics Site in Paris Township. It passes through the mostly rural areas of northern Stark County and southeastern Portage County. The road is two lanes almost the entire length, except for the portion at the partial interchange with the future U.S. Route 62 just north of the Alliance city limits. State Route 225 is co-signed with U.S. Route 224 from the western border of Deerfield Township east to the Deerfield Circle and with State Route 14 for a short distance as it turns north from the circle. It crosses Interstate 76 at exit 48 in Palmyra Township just north of its intersection with Tallmadge Road, formerly designated as State Route 18.
State Route 175 (SR 175) is a 15.70-mile (25.27 km) long north–south state highway in the northeastern part of the U.S. state of Ohio. The southern terminus of SR 175 is at a signalized intersection with SR 43 in Solon. Its northern terminus is at a signalized intersection with SR 283 in Euclid.

U.S. Route 62 (US 62) is a United States Numbered Highway spanning through Ohio from Aberdeen to Hubbard. Near Killbuck, in Amish Country, it is also marked as an Ohio Byway.
