Raja Permaisuri Tuanku Bainun is the former Raja Permaisuri of Perak. She was also the ninth Raja Permaisuri Agong and the first commoner ever to be installed as the Raja Permaisuri Agong. She is the widow of the Sultan Azlan Shah and the mother of the incumbent Sultan Nazrin Shah. She is now styled as Yang Maha Mulia Raja Permaisuri Tuanku Bainun.

The Most Esteemed Azlanii Royal Family Order is a dynastic order of chivalry of the state of Perak which was constituted by Sultan Azlan Shah in 2010 in commemoration of his silver jubilee celebration. The order was conferred upon members of the royal family and close relatives who have contributed immensely towards him throughout his reign. The order has not been conferred since the Sultan's demise in 2014.
The Most Esteemed Perak Family Order of Sultan Nazrin Shah is an order of chivalry of the state of Perak constituted by Sultan Nazrin Shah of Perak in 2015 following his installation as the Sultan of Perak in May 2015. The order replaced the Perak Family Order of Sultan Azlan Shah which became dormant following the demise of Sultan Azlan Shah of Perak.
