Pampanga's 1st congressional district is one of the four congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Pampanga. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the independent city of Angeles, the adjacent city of Mabalacat, and the municipality of Magalang. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Carmelo B. Lazatin II of the Lakas–CMD and Lingap Lugud Capangpañgan.
Manila's 6th congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Manila. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of barangays 587 to 648 and 829 to 905 in the eastern Manila districts of north Paco, Pandacan, San Miguel, Santa Ana and Santa Mesa bordering Makati, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, and San Juan also facing the Pasig River. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Benny Abante of the National Unity Party (NUP) and Asenso Manileño.

The district consists of the municipalities of Baras, Cardona, Jalajala, Morong, Pililla, Tanay and Teresa. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Emigdio P. Tanjuatco III of the Liberal Party (LP).
Quezon City's 3rd congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in Quezon City. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of the southeastern barangays bordering Marikina and Pasig to the southeast, Kamias Road and the second district to the north, the fourth district to the west and San Juan to the southwest via EDSA. It contains the commercial areas of Cubao, Libis, Bagumbayan, Ugong Norte and the residential areas of Loyola Heights, Quirino, Old Balara and Blue Ridge. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Franz Pumaren of the National Unity Party (NUP).
Quezon City's 4th congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in Quezon City. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of the south central barangays bordering Manila and San Juan. It includes the Diliman and New Manila areas Quezon Avenue borders it to the north and EDSA to the east. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Marvin Rillo of the Lakas-CMD.
Batangas's 4th congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Batangas. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of the eastern Batangas municipalities of Ibaan, Padre Garcia, Rosario, San Jose, San Juan, and Taysan. The city of Lipa was also part of this district until it was granted its own representation as the sixth district effective 2016. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Lianda B. Bolilia of the Nacionalista Party (NP).

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987 and earlier in the Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. Pasay first elected a single representative city-wide at-large for the Regular Batasang Pambansa following the 1984 Philippine constitutional plebiscite that amended the 1973 constitution and abolished the regional at-large assembly districts. Before 1973, the city was represented in the national legislatures as part of Rizal's 1st and at-large districts and Manila's at-large district. The district was re-created on February 2, 1987 following the ratification of the 1987 constitution that restored the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Antonino G. Calixto of the Lakas–CMD.
Zambales's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Zambales. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of the provincial capital Iba and the rest of the municipalities north of the Subic Bay region, namely Botolan, Cabangan, Candelaria, Masinloc, Palauig, San Antonio, San Felipe, San Narciso and Santa Cruz. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Doris E. Maniquiz of the Sulong Zambales Party (SZP) and Lakas–CMD.

Aurora first elected a single representative provincewide at-large for the Regular Batasang Pambansa following its creation as a regular province separate from Quezon in 1978 and the subsequent 1984 Philippine constitutional plebiscite that amended the 1973 constitution and abolished the regional at-large assembly districts. Before 1978, the province was represented in the national legislatures as part of Quezon's 1st and at-large congressional districts. The district was re-created on February 2, 1987 following the ratification of the 1987 constitution that restored the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Rommel T. Angara of the Laban ng Demokratikong Pilipino (LDP).
Nueva Ecija's 4th congressional district is one of the four congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Nueva Ecija. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of the city of Gapan and adjacent municipalities in southern Nueva Ecija, namely Cabiao, General Tinio, Jaen, Peñaranda, San Antonio, San Isidro and San Leonardo. San Jose del Monte's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the city of San Jose del Monte and one of seven in the province of Bulacan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 2004. San Jose del Monte first elected a single representative city-wide at-large for the 13th Congress following the passage of Republic Act No. 9230 in 2003 which amended the 2000 San Jose del Monte City Charter. Before 2004, the city was represented in the nation's lower house as part of Bulacan's 4th, Bulacan's 2nd and Region III's at-large districts. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Florida P. Robes of the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) and Arangkada San Joseño (AR).
Masbate's 1st congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Masbate. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of six municipalities in the Burias and Ticao islands of northern Masbate, namely: Claveria and San Pascual in Burias island and Batuan, Monreal, San Fernando and San Jacinto in Ticao island. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Richard Kho of the Lakas–CMD.

The district encompasses the western half of Masbate Island consisting of the provincial capital Masbate City and the municipalities of Aroroy, Baleno, Balud, Mandaon, Milagros and Mobo. The district encompasses the eastern half of Masbate Island consisting of the municipalities of Cataingan, Cawayan, Dimasalang, Esperanza, Palanas, Pio V. Corpuz, Placer and Uson. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Wilton T. Kho of the Lakas–CMD.
Davao Oriental's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Davao Oriental. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district covers the provincial capital city of Mati and the southern municipalities of Banaybanay, Governor Generoso, Lupon and San Isidro. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Cheeno Miguel Almario of the PDP–Laban.
Bukidnon's 3rd congressional district is one of the four congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Bukidnon. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district encompasses the entire southern frontier of Bukidnon bordering the Davao and Soccksargen regions. It consists of the municipalities of Damulog, Dangcagan, Don Carlos, Kadingilan, Kibawe, Kitaotao, Maramag and Quezon. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Jose Maria Zubiri Jr. of the Bukidnon Paglaum Party (BPP).
Tawi-Tawi's at-large congressional district refers to the lone congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Tawi-Tawi. The province has been represented in the country's national legislatures since 1984. It first elected a representative provincewide at-large during the 1984 Philippine parliamentary election following the restoration of provincial and city district representation in the Batasang Pambansa where Tawi-Tawi had previously been included in the regionwide representation of Western Mindanao for the interim parliament. The province, created by the 1973 separation of the Tawi-Tawi island group from Sulu, was formerly represented as part of that province's at-large district in earlier legislatures. Since the 1987 restoration of Congress following the ratification of a new constitution, Tawi-Tawi has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Dimszar M. Sali of the National Unity Party (NUP).
